This Incline Village house boasts 3 inviting bedrooms with a mix of 1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin, and 1 full bed. The gorgeous property features 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer. With amenities like iron, heating, AC, and WiFi, guests will have a fantastic stay. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Incline Village.
Nestled within the U.S. National Forest of Lake Tahoe - this 3-Story home is a fully furnished house for the single purpose of being a home swap or a long term vacation stay. Every bedroom and living area in this house provides views of Lake Tahoe and/or the U.S. national forest. Only 1 neighbor to one side prevents unlimited views from the house! One can see South Lake Tahoe from the house 20 miles (30KM) away.
2 living rooms (one on the main floor and one downstairs for kids to use as an entertainment room)
2 balconies (one from the main floor and one from the master bed room for private times)
Native landscape in the backyard and immediate access to a hiking trail
Located on a flat and very private cul-du-sac street for easy parking - property also comes with 2-car parking in the driveway and a 2-car garage.
