Nice spot to relax

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in a great, quieter area. I didn’t use the pool or rec area but they looked nice. The beach (dog friendly)was walkable so that always won over the pool. I was a little worried about hot sleeping but the place stayed comfortable since it is well shaded. Property management was great too.

Cozy and clean, as described and pictured. We were 2 families, total of 8 and enjoyed our weekend stay. Location is very convenient. Host was very communicative. Kitchen appliances could use some updating/repair and offer more supplies like food storage and a big knife.

Perfect for our family reunion

Our family (7) really enjoyed our stay, place was clean , everything worked, kitchen was well equipped. Close to our family. Close to kings beach, shopping and fun! Really enjoyed the soft blankets and bedding.

Convenient and comfortable

Overall we had a great experience. The property is pretty much as described and getting from there to Northstar was super convenient. One thing to note is that this property doesn't have covered parking, so be prepared to shovel your car out if it snows.

Nice place to stay

The bathrooms and kitchen were a little outdated. The fridge had a leak which a pan was put under it but it wasn’t back far enough so there was water leaking down into the fridge. Not a huge deal but a minor inconvenience that could be fixed. We would stay again if it was available. Beds were comfortable and location is great.

First trip to Lake Tahoe

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation rental was in a great location and had almost everything we needed. The only thing we really needed that the kitchen didn’t have was a blender. We cooked all our meals right at the condo and it was very comfortable. The Frig had a couple issues like the numbers on the dial were worn off so whatever it was on when we arrived was causing our salads and fruit to freeze in the Frig so after I adjusted it with some guess work it was fine but it also had a leak in the Frig that we had to keep soaking up the water from. I let the rental agency know so that the next guess hopefully wouldn’t have to keep cleaning up the water. We also really enjoyed the pool, hot tubs and pickle ball courts. Communication was excellent prior, during and at the end of our stay. Overall a great stay.

A nice, handy place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time and this was a very good place to stay. We had family staying in a nearby unit which worked out well. This unit was in nice shape except the window shades. Suggest Drapes instead of the shades, esp in the downstairs bedroom where the window needs to be open but the exterior lights shine in at night. The repair to the internet cable where the squirrel ate it was very smooth, thank you. All appliances and heat worked well. The clubhouse with games, ping pong, air hockey, pool etc. was a great hit with the kids and the whole family. I really appreciate having First Accommodations being right on top of any questions we had. Beach is nice and close as it good breakfast place and coffee if you don't want to cook.

Great Ski Weekend

The condo was perfect for our party of 6. very clean when we arrived, beds and sheets super comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for what we needed. The new bbq on the deck was great and we loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. The location was great to go to the different ski areas, and we enjoyed the short walk to the lake with amazing views. The hot tub after a long day of skiing was very nice. One of the best condos we have stayed in in Tahoe. We will be back.

family friendly condo on North Lake Tahoe

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was spacious and provided more than enough room for our family of 5. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and we enjoyed the location. The property was great and the tennis courts, pool/hot tub and game room were fun for all of us. Unfortunately, we found the property to be extremely dark- there were no overhead lights and not nearly enough lamps to be able to see well. The coverings on the sliding glass doors kept falling down and some of the mini-blinds were broken. The kitchen floor/rug didn't appear very clean, but all other areas were well-cleaned. We would still recommend the condo.

Did the job

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was a great location and nice home to spend a short vacation in. 20 minute drive to both North Star and the Palisades. We were VERY bummed that the hot tub was barely open and the hours were limited. If you want a hot tub don't stay here. That was a MUST for my group and I wouldn't have booked this place had I known. Hours were Noon-8:45pm and once we arrived management said it was only open Friday and Saturday. We went there on Saturday and were informed that they would be closing early by the guy running the office. Definitely a bummer.

Great location and space

This space was perfect for my group’s ski trip. The house is about 15-20 minutes away from Northstar and is close to the Lake and other attractions. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and slept 6 of us very comfortably.
