Beachwalk 106 is a First Floor Oceanfront Condo with 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths. Bedroom #1 is a master suite with King Bed, Private Full Bath, and Deck Access, Bedroom #2 is a master suite with Queen Bed and Private Full Bath, and Bedroom #3 has a Twin over Twin Bunk Bed Set and a Private Full Bath.
Amenities Include: HVAC; 4 Flat Panel TVs with Roku access to streaming apps including 3 with Basic Cable, Wireless High Speed Internet; Interior Washer/Dryer; Fully Equipped Kitchen with Stove/Oven, Refrigerator with Attached Ice Maker, Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster Oven, Blender; Slow Cooker; Wine Refrigerator; Wet Bar; Hair Dryers; Iron/Ironing Board; Covered Deck with Furniture.

This condo is perfectly located, you are only minutes from the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores, shopping, restaurants, and much more!
Complex has Elevators, Grilling Facility, Community Pool (open May thru September 9am - 11pm), Community Boardwalk Beach Access. Note - Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay.
Parking limit 2 cars - parking pass per car required. Boats and trailers are not permitted from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
PLEASE NOTE: CHECK-IN LOCATION FOR THIS PROPERTY IS AT OUR ATLANTIC BEACH OFFICE. Even though this is a keyless rental, you must stop by our AB office to pick up your Check-In Packet with your parking passes.

In 2025 Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday. In 2026 Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum Sept 15th - May 15th only - in advance Oct-March, last minute Sept 15th-Oct and March-May 15th.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Companyâs Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
