This spacious vacation home boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the open-concept living areas provide plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment, while the well-appointed bedrooms offer a peaceful haven for a restful night's sleep. Our vacation home is equipped with all the amenities you need for a hassle-free stay. From a fully stocked kitchen for preparing delicious meals to high-speed internet and entertainment options, we've thought of everything to ensure your comfort and convenience. Towels and linens are provided. The space itself is elegantly finished, providing a luxurious retreat after a day of exploring, it has all of the amenities expected including:
*Ground Floor
- Driveway that fits up to 3 cars
- Spacious entry room allowing you to store and organize outdoor gear, shoes, and other items.
- Garage stores some beach gears (beach chairs, toys, bikes) available for guests to use. Please make sure you put them back where they are and keep the garage organized for the next guests.
- A gas grill is provided, please clean up after use.
* Secound floor:
- Master bedroom with a King-sized bed and an attached bathroom with a tub and walk-in tiled shower for added luxury and convenience. Also, the master has a private balcony.
- Second bedroom with a King-sized bed
- Bunk room for the kids with 2 twin over twin bunk beds
- TVs in all the bedrooms
- Hallway full bathroom with tub/shower combination
- Laundry room equipped large capacity washer & dryer
*Top floor:
- Bedroom with a Queen-sized bed

Guests have full access to the entire unit A.

Keyless Entry-
Guests will be provided a door code for entry prior to arrival.

You will be able to park up to 3 cars in the driveway.

Public beach access is 7 houses down to the left.

Other things to note
We highly recommend trip insurance through a 3rd party company that the guest is responsible to source in case of bad weather. We always resort to are cancellation policy in the event of natural disasters.

We ask that you take care of the home as if it were your own. We hope to provide a great space for all guests to unwind and relax during their time here!

Families and children of all ages are very welcome but the house is not “child proofed” so you must ensure your own child’s safety.

***Visitors
No visitor is allowed on the property after 9pm, any person wishing to stay after 9pm will be chargeable at the extra guest rate.
The number of guests and visitors must not surpass the occupancy level for the property.

Security camera
The home has one ring camera at the front door facing the driveway. It will be on during your stay.

The island is golf cart friendly. You can rent a cart or a beach cruiser bicycle for getting around the island.

Kure Beach / Carolina Beach is one of the best kept secrets on the Atlantic ocean with white sand beaches..great for kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing & kite surfing.
- Must be 25 years of age to book this property.
- Please no shoes on the carpet / area rugs.
- To avoid expensive cleaning charges and to be kind to the environment, we ask that you do not use glitter or confetti in the house.
- No smoking allowed anywhere on the property, not on the driveway, not on the porch or patio.
- No pet allowed (Homeowners have severe allergic to pet hairs)
- No illegal substances.
- No drugs, firearms or weapons allowed on premises.
- Please be respectful to the neighbors in regards to noise and parking.
- This house is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by local residents. In order to respect these permanent residents and neighborhood, there are a few rules to be aware of:
*Zero tolerance for parties. in the event nearby neighbors complain, the reservation will be terminated without any refund.
*Strict quiet hours between 9:00pm - 7:00am.
