Discover this charming 1-bedroom gem in Clearwater. This adorable townhome features 1 queen bed, 1 comfortable pull out and 1 sofa perfect for a cozy getaway sleeping 5; With amenities like washer/dryer, next to mall, beaches, honeymoon island, best shops and restaurants in quaint safety harbor and Dunedin. guests can relax and unwind. The bath comes equipped with a hair dryer/iron for added conv. Very large open plan w enormous primary w walk in for your clothes. Large screened in back porch and nice private front porch. Very big open kitchen w dishwasher full size fridge 2 microwaves and coffee. Pots and pans and sometimes snacks included.Nice dining area looks into living room w Wi-Fi and Netflix etc for your quiet nights at home.I have great Tommy bahama beach rentals and a giant bike next to the bike trail to rent. Best value in this area by far. A few miles to quaint safety harbor w the best shops and pizza, a pier to watch the manatees swim. Voted best beach in USA honeymoon island beach and take ferry to caledessi island beach and explore the beautiful downtown Dunedin and their cute shops, restaurants, and fun. My home is walking distance to the pinellas walking trail, dog park, a buffet, and a mall w all the best restaurants, movies, and more shopping than you can handle. The home is basically touching 3 towns, Clearwater, Dunedinand safety harbor. It’s the safest and quietest neighborhood and I’m a gold wing top 10% host with all 5 star reviews on AB&B. Perfect cleanliness, perfect description etc. the home has an enormous primary bedroom w a large walk in closet for all of your clothing to hang and an iron to keep your clothing sharp. A full size washer and dryer and detergents. Empty dresser for your folded clothing all brand new un used. The home is totally remodeled w new carpet in bedroom and flooring in the huge open kitchen and open living room to dining room. I have a nice giant bicycle to rent to ride a block away to bike trail and Tommy bahama beach umbrella and chairs to take to honeymoon island beach maybe 10 miles to Dunedinits a locals beach and way closer and so much less traffic and easy cheaper parking than Clearwater beach. If your not staying on the sand you are driving anyways, so stay at my place which is by far the best value on the websites which most of my reviews on other sites the guests say in their reviews. I just listed on this site 3/30/25 so I do not have 5 stars or any reviews yet so I will be starting w very low introductory discount pricing to get my five star reviews very quickly so book now and take advantage of the low price while you can. Amazing Stay 1000%

I was flying in from out of state for a vacation at this place, and I could not have been more thrilled and relieved with how the stay went.it was just myself and my best friend, so we were not looking for a lot of room. I say this space is best for two people, maybe three max. Although there is bed space for five people, the home in general is on the smaller side, which was perfect for us.my friend took the bedroom, and I personally took the blowup mattress that was provided. By far best air-up mattress I’ve ever slept on, I slept great the whole trip. It’s about a queen size, blows up very easily, and blankets and sheets were provided for it.I really appreciated that there were quite a few different things provided at the home; laundry detergent, trash bags, and dish soap, just different things in the kitchen and the bathrooms that I personally did not have to purchase myself, which made it very easy and convenient to stay.we had access to the outdoor pool, cute little space and was very clean and super nice.it was a huge plus that there is a washer and dryer in the home, and there is a bike and outdoor equipment available to use if requested.I will for sure be looking up dates to stay at this place again in the future, my vacation was amazing, and I would stay in this little home anytime! thank you, Scott for being amazing to work with :)

The location, the community, the accommodations, the communication with the owner, the amenities were all exceptional and met and in most cases exceeded my needs! I hope this gem is available the next time I visit the Clearwater area! 5 Stars!!!!
