Luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath, second floor, Cottage Style Beach Themed Vacation condo. Centrally located in the heart of Clearwater and just a short 3.5-mile drive to Clearwater's award-winning white sandy beaches, Pier 60, Boating, Fishing, Golfing and the Pinellas Trail for miles of bicycle recreation.

This beach themed condo is within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, public transportation and is only 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 20 minutes from St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport. Busch Gardens is 45 min away and the rest of Florida's major attractions like Disney World, Lego Land, Universal Studios, and Sea World are just a short 90 min drive.

The Avalon at Clearwater is a gated, resort-style, condominium community that offers a family friendly environment. Large geothermal heated swimming pool, 24/7 fitness facilities, clubhouse with kitchen, barbecue area and convenient free parking right outside the unit.

Nestled in a beautiful courtyard setting with manicured pathways and tropical plants. This condo offers a generous 1100 sq. ft. open floor plan with the two bedrooms on opposite sides offering guests maximum privacy allowing for an amazingly comfortable stay, perfect for sharing with family or another couple.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed with a new Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress, 65" flat screen smart TV, ceiling fan and has direct access to its own private bathroom as well as a huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two queen beds with brand new firm perfect sleeper mattresses, 32" flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Bedrooms are also on opposite sides of the unit allowing for optimal privacy for guests.

The Kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless-steel appliances accented with beautiful quartz countertops. Perfectly appointed with all the necessities including microwave, regular coffee machine, Keurig coffee maker, four slice toaster and blender. Cabinets are fully stocked with glassware, barware, serving dishes, pots and pans and utensils.

Condo is stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels. boogie boards, cooler and float noodles for your fun at the pool or on the areas many beautiful beaches.

In unit laundry room just off the kitchen includes a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. All linens, extra pillows, bath towels, and dish towels are provided as well as a hair dryer.

Beautiful private covered Lanai with comfortable seating for outdoor relaxing and to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail with a walkout from the Master Bedroom as well as the Living Room.

Florida Sunshine, Turquoise Gulf Water, Palm Trees and White Sandy beaches wait for you here at this TROPICAL PARADISE!

Family vacation 2025

Our stay was amazing! Such a nice place. Pool was very nice and lots of pool toys for the kids. Very close to Clearwater beach for us to go. The washer and dryer were nice to have on a family vacation. Such a clean and very nicely decorated place. The host was very nice and got back to us quickly when we needed help with something. We would come back again!!

Philly spring training

This property was perfect if you're looking for a nice comfortable stay with a pool and close proximity to the ballpark. Everything was sparkling clean and we completely enjoyed our stay here!

Avalon Clearwater condo

The condo was very clean and in a safe area. My sister and I stayed here to visit family who live in the area. There are many restaurants near the condo and a Publix grocery store. We liked staying here and would do so again.

Perfect place for a Clearwater Stay

You’re not on the beach but you have a heated pool — great for Winter stays. The places are clean, quiet and centrally located. Want to go to the beach? Less than 4 miles away. Want to go to St. Pete, half hour. Dunedin or Tarpon Springs? Half an hour or 45 minutes. The beds are comfortable and the amenities are pleasant.

Phenomenal Property, 10 out of 10 is very accurate

Lou, thank you for the constant communication through the storms prior to our stay. The property was truly great. Plenty of space for 6, the condo is immaculately kept. One of the best places we’ve stayed - an we travel 30 plus weekends a year! Location was key as we were 15 minutes to the ball fields and 15 minutes to the beach. The chairs, cooler and beach gear were a huge help and really made the trip much more enjoyable as we visited the local beaches. If we’re in the area, we’ll definitely stay here again Big thank you to Lou for keeping us posted on anything we needed, super stay because we had an awesome place to launch out of!

Extended vacay after tournament

This property had everything you could think of. Lou communicated and was welcoming. The beach necessities were a HUGE plus! So many times before, we have visited Florida, bought beach items from Walmart, then had to give them away before our flight back home. The only downside (which is of no fault of the host) was the looks we got when we went to the pool area. Yes, we are African-American, and one couple in particular made us feel so uncomfortable. Made it obvious they felt like we didn’t belong. Instead of allowing my children to deal with that, we just opted on the beach for the remainder of our stay and kept our eyes open. Again, no fault of the host. Just some information someone else like me may want to be aware of if staying here and planning to utilize the pool. Other than that…BOOK THIS LISTING! You won’t be disappointed!

We purchased our first Avalon unit in 2009 as an investment property because we were very impressed with the property's amenities, proximity to beaches and general location in Clearwater and Pinellas County. We permanently moved to the Avalon in 2018, loved the area and complex so much that we wanted to share our little piece of paradise with friends, family and guests. We decided to purchase another Avalon unit and were fortunate enough to acquire another two-bedroom unit in 2020. We strive to facilitate a five-star experience for our guests and provide on-site management to ensure a great experience in addition to a timely response to all of our guests needs. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Clearwater is a sunny beach town in Florida's Tampa Bay area with consistently great weather and spectacular white sandy beaches. Part of the city is on a 3-mile barrier island bustling with restaurants, bars and hotels. Clearwater is also famous for its Marine Aquarium, once home to Hope and Winter, stars of the movie "Dolphin Tale". This aquarium has recently expanded to facilitate the rescue and rehabilitation of more marine life and has tripled rescued dolphin habitat space to 5 connecting pools filled with1,500,000 gallons of water. Clearwater is surrounded by mangroves filled with wildlife and is great for exploring in a kayak or on a paddleboard. Clearwater hosts a wide variety of sporting, music, food and other events, boasting a full calendar of exciting activities each year and providing yet another compelling reason to visit. Clearwater is famous for its picturesque Gulf sunsets and each night Pier 60 comes alive with a festival to celebrate this magical sight, featuring performers, craft vendors and of course magnificent views. Clearwater is centrally located on the Pinellas peninsula between Tampa and the Gulf of Mexico. Unique to Pinellas County is the Pinellas Trail for walking, jogging, cycling and inline skating, it stretches 47 miles around from Tarpon Springs in the north to St. Petersburg in the south. It's close proximity to Tampa, St Pete, St Pete Beach, Dunedin, and Tarpon makes Clearwater the perfect location for exploring the entire region.
