Enjoy two luxurious king beds with plush linens, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area with an electric fireplace and smart TV. Step outside to a private backyard oasis featuring a hot tub, cowboy pool with an elevated deck, fire pit, and BBQ grill, perfect for unwinding or entertaining.

Experience a sophisticated yet cozy getaway at this stunning retreat! Managed by Heavenly Hosts
- Sleeps 4 adults only
- 2 bedrooms; both have kings beds with luxury linens!
- Closet space and luggage racks provided for each bedroom
- One bedroom has a Smart TV
- One full bathroom with a walk-in shower
- Full kitchen with Classic by Unique brand stove/oven and fridge plus microwave, blender, toaster, kettle and all cookware provided! (no dishwasher)
- Regular coffee maker; coffee, cream and sugar are provided!
- Living room with electric fireplace and a Smart TV + Monopoly for some extra fun
Large & spacious backyard that includes the following:
- Private Hot tub
- Private cowboy pool with a fun elevated deck surrounding it. The Cowboy pool can be heated.
- Fire pit (wood-burning, please BYO firewood)
- BBQ Grill (please BYO charcoal)
- Outdoor dining table and plenty of seating
Note: The garage/storage is not available to guests.

You are a short 2 min drive or 15 min walk to Main Street and we do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!

- This property is not suitable for children/infants. Only 18 years or older allowed.
- This property is not pet friendly.
- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
- NO smoking allowed
- Security Cameras: there are 4 total. Three of the cameras face the both driveways and the garage/storage area. One in the front; Ring camera faces the front of the home.
