Bara 25 miles frĂ„n den norra ingĂ„ngen till Yosemite National Park, (en timmes bilresa till Yosemite Valley) hittar du dig sjĂ€lv i ett fullt möblerat hem som Ă€r den perfekta get away. Den har en fri utsikt över en hĂ€rlig 100 hektar Ă€ng och ligger i Stanislaus National Forest. Om du letar efter ensamhet, solskinniga dagar och starletter i tallarna kommer du att Ă€lska det hĂ€r hemmet. Vid 3200 meter ligger vi strax över snömĂ€rket men under snöblĂ„sningen. Vi Ă€r bara Âœ mil frĂ„n nĂ€rmaste mataffĂ€r eller bensinstation och 10 minuter (8 miles) frĂ„n Highway 120.
VÄr semesterboende rymmer 6+ bekvÀmt. Den har tre sovrum; sovrummet har en king size justerbar sÀng och ett privat badrum. De tvÄ mindre sovrummen har queen size-sÀngar och delar ett badrum. Barn eller Àventyrliga i hjÀrtat kan sova pÄ queen size-luftbÀddar i ett snyggt fÀrdigt garageomrÄde pÄ sommaren. (se bilder)
Det finns lÀtt tillgÄng till huset genom garaget och ytterdörren. Det finns ett dÀck över baksidan av huset och instÀllningen Àr mycket privat. Det finns tillgÄng till internet och det har disk-TV.
Det stora köket Àr fullt utrustat för alla dina matlagningsbehov och har granit hela. Den innehÄller en stor ö för matlagning eller Àtning. Det finns en gasgrill grill i bakgÄrden.
Badtunnan Àr fantastisk för avkoppling nÀr som helst men sÀrskilt under stjÀrnorna pÄ natten. Den har terapijets för de trötta musklerna efter en lÄng dag med sightseeing eller vandring.

We really enjoyed our stay since the house was exremley comfortable equipped with everything. It felt as though we were in our home. There was satelite TV, Vifi many games to enjoy and the luxurious jacuzzi.

Everything was great. We tried to use the hot tub but it was cold. We managed to increase the temp but it took a while. We also tried to latch the cover back up but couldn’t do it. Aside from that, great stay!

It was a nice experience. The house was clean, comfortable and location was nice and peaceful. The hot tub was very helpful after a day in Yosemite. The general store was helpful by being down the street but they do close at 6:55 sharp. Overall we had a lot of fun and relaxing time.

Great home with lots of activities

We stayed for a girls' trip and highly recommend this house for others to stay in. It was an hour's drive to Yosemite and we really enjoyed eating dinner at Tangled Heart Cafe which is just outside of Groveland. The house has comfortable beds, large kitchen, and lots of room to relax. It was nice to be able to cook and do laundry. We really enjoyed all the outdoor activities which included a jacuzzi hot tub, tree house, swings, horseshoe pit, ladder toss game, mini golf putting green, and zip line. It was a very quiet and peaceful area. Doug is a very responsive and helpful host.

Family vacation to Yosemite

The location is 30 min outside of Yosemite. It’s 90 minutes to the valley where most of the action happens . The master bed with dull adjustable Tempur-pedic mattresses was ver comfy. One room has a full or queen and the other room has 2 full or queen beds. The outdoor space has a little bit of everything: hot tub dining area multiple seating areas, activities like tether ball, ladder ball and others. Lovely view, quiet and secluded.

Amazing!!!

Our family of five spent an amazing 10 days here. The cabin was wonderful, clean, cozy, plenty of space, a quiet area, and at a great location. We loved watching the animals in the field out front. Easy access to Yosemite NP which we loved. We also loved relaxing out back on the deck and in the hot tub after spending most days hiking. Property manager was great to work with. We absolutely recommend this cabin!

Fantastic Place to Stay

Everything about this place is perfect for anyone who wants to visit Yosemite. We have stayed twice, the first just myself and my wife (around 12 years ago) and secondly with our 3 kids (all under 10). We all think it's a great place and ideal for a relaxing after a long day walking or just for having a day off from the parks.If anyone is thinking of booking, we would highly recommend that you do!

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful, quiet, home and location. Out first trip to Yosemite which we also enjoyed. House is clean and well stocked. Our only glitch was with VRBO, not the host. Host solved the issue quickly.

Great as usual

Stayed for almost a week and drove into Yosemite every day for great summer fun. Great place to come back to with a full kitchen, AC, dishwasher, washer and dryer, all great for a family with a kid or kids like ours.

Beautiful place, easy comfortable stay

Great place, happy for our toddler and parents alike. Big kitchen made cooking easy. Place was very clean. Communication with Doug was excellent and very speedy to reply.

Everything Perfect

Great house, Great location, quiet and peaceful. Great neighbor too. PG&E was having a power outage the next day and he told us to let him know if we needed anything. Owner/Property manager were also very accommodating ! Thanks for everything!

Excellent property!

The home was just as advertised. Very comfortable and had everything you would need. The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub in the evening was fantastic. We spent most of our time hiking in Yosemite which was about 45 minutes away but a beautiful drive. The area is quiet but we found stores and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend this rental. This is someones home, not a rental property. It is well cared for and maintained. Thank you for sharing.

Great location, good value, well presented property.

A really well presented property, inside and out. Beautiful rural location. We used it as a base for exploring Yosemite and the owner gave us some good advice about when to visit Yosemite (to avoid peak crowds) that proved very useful. A really enjoyable stay.

Clean spacious home with great amenities

We had a nice time staying here in this very clean and large house. It was able to accommodate sleeping for all of our guests. There are a lot of places to enjoy the property like the back and front seating areas and hot tub. Note: the garage is converted into an extra room and is not air-conditioned. So if it is very hot outside, you can't sleep in this space.

Fantastic Home for Yosemite Valley

The pictures do not lie. This place is everything it says it it. Clean, comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen is great. Kirsten and Will couldn't not have been more accommodating. Loved the drive to Yosemite every day and loved coming home!

Perfect winter vacation

We were looking for a quick trip for our kids to play with the snow. We couldn't ask for a better experience. House was very clean and cozy and Doug was extremely helpful. He was very quick to answer all our questions and very helpful to solve our problems (which weren't about the house). Our kids had a great time safely playing with the snow around the house all day and we really enjoyed the comfortable family room with the great fireplace. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Great Stay in the Sierra Foothils

This property, located a few miles east of Coulterville, CA, is an excellently maintained, fully equipped residence on a lovely rural road. All amenities are present, as well as thoughtful additions such as a delightful three person swing and play areas outside. The WiFi worked well and having a very nice market/country store just one half mile away was really appreciated. We used this property as a launching pad to attend a friend's wedding in Yosemite Valley, about an hour and a half away. It was a great place to stay. Highly Recommended!!

Wonderful home!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and well stocked. The kids had fun with all of the outdoor games and we all enjoyed the hot tub after a long hike at Yosemite. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to get away from it all.

Lori and I met while we were young and only 17 while attending college up in Idaho. In 2012 Doug and I retired and we purchased this home as our vacation dream home. We love it so much that we enjoy staying here whenever we can. The mountains are beautiful and it is very peaceful here. Lori and I have 5 children and 18 grand children with one on the way. We enjoy camping, traveling, but mostly just doing work around our homes.
and visiting with friends.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We chose this property because we enjoy mountain living without the hustle and bustle of resort areas. Little traffic and yet close to Yosemite and wonderful hiking adventures.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Very quiet, small town along the original John Muir trail, enjoy the stars-Yosemite and the nearby historic town of Coulterville.
Also near by is the best swimming waterfall anywhere in the Park. Look up Rainbow Pool and realize its only 10 miles from us.
