With a downstairs basement for added privacy, this unit features 2 king beds and 1 queen bed on the main floor and 1 queen bed in the basement, ensuring a comfortable stay promising an unforgettable experience!

➤ Availability of free driveway parking for four (4) vehicles.

Nearby, you'll find a variety of local amenities including shops, cafes, and restaurants, ensuring convenience at your fingertips. With easy access to parks and recreational facilities, outdoor enthusiasts will delight in opportunities for hiking, biking, and picnicking. Whether you're seeking tranquility or adventure, this neighborhood has something for everyone to enjoy.
Personal Vehicle: The neighborhood offers easy access to major roads and highways, making it convenient for residents to travel by car or motorcycle.
Public Bus: A well-connected bus network serves the area, providing reliable transportation options for commuters and visitors alike to navigate within the city and beyond.

➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

1. There is no front desk as this is a house property. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony if there is one. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 9 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for the next guests.
6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am and keys must be placed as instructed. I often accommodate late check-outs if I know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $50 charge per each additional half-hour stay.
7. All bookings require the Primary guest's photo ID and the complete names of the guests above 18 years of age.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved.
