This Ocean Lakes family getaway is tucked away in the quietest part of the park yet very accessible to the beach and amenities! It is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom updated home which offers a serene lake view and a cozy ambiance. The spacious rear deck is perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Inside, you'll find a well-appointed living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with enough space for the whole family. You won't forget these memories!

Ocean Lakes offers year-round activities including Halloween and Thanksgiving Weekend. Beach and Boogie in February-March and Spring Break in March-April.

**Must be 25 years or older to make a reservation.
Our place only has 2 regular vehicle parking spaces and 2 golf cart parking spaces.
It costs $12 per vehicle, per day at Ocean Lakes. (You will have to pay 10 days in advance to get the discounted rate otherwise it is $15/day, according to Ocean Lakes' policy.)
The water park and outdoor pool:

- **Golf Car Rules for Everyone**
- NO outside golf car rentals are permitted.
- Golf cars operating after sunset must have the light(s) turned on.
- A MAXIMUM of 5 people per golf car at any given time.
- Cruising on golf cars after quiet hours (11PM-7AM) is NOT permitted
- Golf cars must be operated properly and driven only on roadways. Golf cars are not to be driven across vacant or occupied campsites, the beach, or in other restricted areas.
- Ocean Lakes has a **Midnight curfew for the operation of a Golf Car and other modes of transportation** (such as e-bikes, bikes, scooters, etc.) during Spring Break weeks, from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day, and Halloweekends. These modes of transportation (golf cars, e-bikes, bikes, scooters, etc.) **must return to their registered site by Midnight and will be subject to a $100 fine** if operated from Midnight to 5 AM.

- **Zero Tolerance Policies: Golf Cars & More**
Guests have 30 minutes to pay the fine at the Golf Car building.
**A $100 fine will be issued after ONE WARNING for the Following:**
- Loud music in the campground
- âCruisingâ after Quiet Hours (11PM-7AM) with no legitimate destination.
- Open containers of alcohol anywhere but at your site- *Please do not drink and drive!*
**A $100 fine will be issued after WITHOUT WARNING for the Following:**
- Underage driving: Drivers MUST be at least 16 years of age with valid driverâs license in their possession. The Licensed Driver must be in control of the golf car at all times (hands on wheel, foot on pedals).
- Reckless driving, horseplay, racing, or other misuse of the golf car. Drivers must obey all traffic signs.
- Taking rental golf cars off property- DO NOT go past the entry gates or onto the beach.
- Lewd, vulgar or offensive music in the campground- *Remember young eyes and ears!*
