I absolutely loved hosting Heather! Not only were they respectful and considerate during their stay, but they also added a special touch by gifting us a vinyl record to our collection. The thoughtful gesture really made our day. Communication was smooth, and they took great care of the space. I’d definitely host them again and highly recommend them to other hosts. Thanks for the wonderful stay, and for the awesome record!

We had a fabulous girl’s weekend and were so impressed! The house was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook and more, including an air fryer, hand mixer, cutting boards, crock pot, etc. The house is even cuter in person and truly feels more like a cozy home than a rental. The view is prettier than the photos too. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. 11/10. Can’t recommend enough!

Thank you so much for the kind review! We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay and the lake views. We also appreciate you letting us know about the toaster and thermostat confusion — we’ll make sure those are addressed for future guests. The mattress in the master is a Zinus. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed it. We’d love to host you again sometime!

The Modern House at Center Hill Lake called " The Lookout" was perfect...Ashely has thought of everything....she promptly responds to questions which meant alot. I would highly recommend this "piece of heaven by the lake" to anyone looking for a killer view, and upscale accommodations ! Ashely suggested we try Aces Restaurant, and if you want a terrific steak, pork chop or homemade Italian...be sure to go. We hope to return someday soon !!
