Take a swim in one of the available pools, or soak in a hot tub while enjoying a cocktail from the bar of one of Topsail’s best recommended restaurants. Like tennis, there are courts on the grounds for you to enjoy. The elevator is right outside of the unit, you can take it down to the grilling area of the complex. The elevator is also great for taking your beach gear out to the beach. Walk ways that go directly out to the beautiful beach.

The living area has all you need, including a washer and dryer. Go upstairs to find the master suite with a king bed with view of the ocean. There is an ensuite, you won’t even have to leave the room. Down the hall you will find a cute room with two sets of bunk bed.

A separate security deposit for $350 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 23 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. With credit card matching name on license.
