We stayed 2 nights, but then left despite having paid for 10 nights. A major reason for leaving was that ComCast or the WiFi was not available and my wife had a deliverable which required access to the Internet to complete. However, the stay was going down hill. The unit itself looks very appealing - it was clean and functional, but the bed is on wheels and every time either of us moved, the bed moved. The couch was very uncomfortable as well (we tried to have one of us in the bed and the other on the couch). I would likely have gone from a 5 to a 4 over the bed and couch, so I would not read too much into that. What pushed it to a 2 was that we could hear our neighbours and they kept us up from 11 PM - 1 AM on Saturday at least (Friday seemed to be much better). We could also hear loud vehicles on the road quite easily. Finally, our neighbours smoke could be smelled within our unit which made me concerned that we would be dinged for smoking in our unit (in fairness we were not). The property manager was excellent and gave us back I would estimate 70-80% of what we had spent because of the lack of WiFi and leaving early. At a hotel, you could complain about a room and get another one hopefully away from your neighbours, or they would speak with the unit in question and get them to quiet down, and I believe the walls would do more to keep the noise to a minimum.
