Perfekt för en familjesemester eller ett par reträtt, denna nyinredda 2 sovrum 2 badrum lägenhet ligger på önskvärda Silver Dunes, med vacker strandutsikt från andra våningen balkong, hål och kök fönster. Köket är fullt utrustat. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Alla bekvämligheter i hemmet och bara några steg till den vackra vita sandstranden. Strandservice är tillgänglig. Anläggningen har en uppvärmd pool, träningsanläggning, spelrum, tennisbanor och shuffleboard. Vi är mitt i underbara restauranger, snabbmat, nöjesparker, livsmedelsbutiker och nöjesplatser. Kom ner! All ny färg, möbler, dekor och alla rum utrustade med platt-TV!
Observera att städavgiften på 125,00 ingår för bokningar för en hel vecka eller mer. Om du bokar färre dagar lägger vi till det beloppet till din offert. Du kommer att ha en möjlighet att acceptera eller neka bokningen efter att beloppet har lagts till. This place was the perfect location for us!! Very family friendly and so close to the beach…just the way we wanted it!! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our group of 4! Would recommend 100%!!

Just as described

The property was just as described in the VRBO listing. It was clean and right off the beach. I did expect a little better view of the beach but what we had was fine. From the pictures and description in the listing it was difficult to decipher if the unit was on the end of the building or not. It is the third unit from the end of the building so does not overlook the beach directly.

Wonderful place right on the beach.

Wonderful place to stay. Bed was less than wonderful but we managed. Loved that the beach was truly right out our door.

Amazing!!

Had an amazing time and the condo was very nice. We had a small issue with the refrigerator but it was taken care in less than a half hour. I messaged the owner and they were on it!! Now for the actual condo itself, it was beautiful and had plenty of room. The kitchen is very well stocked. You can sit on the patio and enjoy the ocean. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful Vacation

Great stay!

This condo was fantastic; exactly what we were looking for. Super close to the beach and amazing view to ocean and pool. Resort was quiet and very family friendly. Beds were extremely comfy and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to family/friends and would rent again, without hestation. Condo was located within 10 minutes of a lot of places and uber eats/Walmart deliveries were spot on. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Amazing

The property is amazing. The cleanliness of the unit could be better but overall clean. The security guard was amazingly friendly and always willing to help the guests. The pool was clean, the view was amazing.

Great Place to stay in Destin!

This was a great place to stay right on the beach as advertised. Host was very responsive. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again. Bathrooms were a little dated but entire unit was very clean. The facility location is secure with gated entry and the beach is a 1 minute walk from the room. The beach wasn't too busy as this isn't a high rise which made for pleasant beach experience every time. Thanks to the host for sharing this gem!

Great stay

The condo was very nice and clean. The listing pictures don’t really do it justice. It was little dated in some ways but updated in others. The complex was quiet and a nice community. Overall I would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

Wonderful!!

My family and I have stayed in several different condos at Silver Dunes. This one was our favorite by far because of the view. The condo itself was very clean and I thought it looked much better than the pictures online. The owners are very easy to work with and quick to respond. We will definitely be staying here again.

Nice getaway, close to beach.

Pros: great view, close to beach, secure, quiet, ample furniture, kitchen ware, and towels. Clean overall. Cons: Musty, moldy smell as soon as entering, shower liner moldy and had to be changed, needs TLC due to rusted and chipping light fixture in MBR, peeling wallpaper in MBR and funky flooring issue in kitchen.

short trip to beach.. right on beach in gated condos. This condo is very outdated; the couches, comforters, blinds, etc. are all very worn and old. The wifi did not work. It was on the beach which was very clean.

Lovely vacation

Beautiful beach and crystal clear water. George is awesome with beach chairs and is there every day attending to your beach needs. Condo had everything we needed and the location was steps to the beach. There is so much to do in Destin, great restaurants and shopping. Silver Dunes is an older property but I liked how small it was and how the kids could walk to each other’s condos and feel completely safe. Gated property. Ocean temps this time of year were quite cold but we had beautiful sunny warm weather for spring break. Plenty of bath towels in the condo and the washer and dryer were very handy.

Perfect girls’ getaway

My best friend and I loved the condo! The pictures online don’t do it justice. It’s better than the listing describes. We had a perfect view of the ocean from our patio which gave us an incredible spot for morning coffee. The beach is a VERY short walk with easy chair and umbrella service. The ocean was an amazing view with colors from light teal to dark blue and the sand was snow white! There are tons of delicious restaurants around. I recommend Boshamps (but be ready for a 2 hour wait) and Louisiana Lagniappe. I highly recommend this condo AND this destination.

Kent Hardin of Memphis, TN is owner of this property. His father and uncle were amongst the first owners of units in this complex. Kent is an avid fisherman and known around town as Captain Kent.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Kent purchased this place from his Uncle Jabie Hardin back in the early 90s. When Opal came through and leveled the front two buildings , a complete rebuild was necessary. The balcony was expanded, bathrooms enlarged and a washer and dryer were added.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

One of the most unique features about the complex is the green lawn area between the buildings. In the evening you will find chairs pulled out in circles to talk and enjoy the view, children playing Frisbee, and people walking hand in hand down to the beautiful beach. Silver Dunes has retained its charm since the 70s and has not given way to the high rise craze. It is still a place to bring a family or friends and enjoy the ease of a walk up condo and be close enough to the beach to hear the waves lapping at the shore.
