The condo was very nice. The views were great. Catching an afternoon thunderstorm from the balcony was pretty cool. Access to the beach was quick and easy. Location relative to food, groceries, entertainment etc was also great.

Beautiful stay!

The condo was beautiful. The location was great! Saw SO many dolphins this trip. Awesome pool. Great communication with owner- she sent maintenance next day when we had a minor issue. Only complaint is the # of beach chairs chair company.

Family stay

Very nice, reasonably priced and well located place. Excellent pools and beach access which was the main point of our trip. Our kids made great use of the boogie boards provided. Red flag beach days and thunderstorms were part of our trip but that’s out of anyone’s control, but even in the thunderstorms the balcony provided a relaxing and excellent view.Communication with the owner was very responsive. Some things we did not ask about ahead of time and realized when we got there included lack of coffee filters and cooking spray. We made a wal mart run before checking in and realized we should have checked for these things before. Also check in time was listed as 4 but it was actually a window from 4-6 and our condo was not yet ready leaving us killing time at the pool with our luggage still in the car. Overall the litmus test is, if we were to come back to this location would we stay at this place again? The answer is yes.

Our stay was amazing. Beautiful beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. Resort was clean and sufficient amenities. Condo was perfect for what we needed.

The condo was perfect for what we needed. Great beachfront location with amazing views. Everything is as pictured and described. This was our first trip to Destin and we would definitely return to the Pelican Beach Resort.

The view is Amazing!

We enjoyed this property mostly because of the location, and view of the ocean. We loved the constant sounds of the ocean at night. We had some difficulty with check in, but the property owner responded quickly and took care of it. The property is lovely, and well taken care of.

Would have liked more info on check in & check out process. An advance viewing of all the forms we had to sign. We also would have appreciated a guide for operating the TV’s, a list of favorite restaurants. Salt and pepper in the shakers.

Stayed here with my husband and 2 kids and loved our stay! Owner communicated all details of check in and out well in advance and was available for questions. The condo was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Would love to visit again!

We searched from Pensacola to Panama City, Sandestin to Seaside and fell in love with the Destin area - specifically Pelican Beach Resort. We are not a typical "sit on the beach & relax family" - we like adventure, activities and family time - Destin provides all that and more! We've quickly become addicted to the beauty and splendor of the gulf coast - we spend time here every October - perfect weather, the Fishing Rodeo and Seafood Festival! Please enjoy our home & make your own memories to last a lifetime.
