När du kommer in på första våningen i denna eleganta Seaside, FL Beach Cottage hittar du dig själv i den rymliga foajén. Gå till vänster och gå in i ett av de två kung sovrummen på första våningen. En all marmor lyxig privat bad är din att njuta av. Framåt är den andra kungen sovrummet med ett privat badrum och byggt i våningssängar i ett bifogat rum separerade av fickeldörrar, perfekt för barn. Båda sovrummen leder ut till den möblerade privata uteplatsen där du kan koppla av och njuta av solen och ljudet från viken från din uteplats.
Huvud på upp till andra våningen och njut av det öppna köket med vikingutrustning och det nyinredda vardagsrummet med en plattskärms-TV och DVD. Golv till tak fönster och dörrar, som leder ut till däck försäkrar ett överflöd av naturligt ljus och härlig utsikt över havet.
Master king sovrummet ligger på andra våningen med ett vackert utsett privat badrum och utsikt över gulfen. Denna stuga ligger bara några steg från stadens centrum och ligger söder om 30A på strandsidan med utsikt över bukten och ett stenkast till stranden. Tidigare känd som Happy Ours, Wave The Wheat är säker på att glädja sig med sina unika arkitektoniska element och eleganta bekvämligheter.

Wonderful vacation spot and beach home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our vacation in Seaside. The home, Wave the Wheat, was perfect for our family. It was super clean and had everything we needed for the week. We loved how close it was to the beach and to the town square. The rental company we used, Homeowners Collection, was so great before our stay and during our stay. Communication was A !! They were so accommodating to all our needs and very helpful! We would for sure vacation again in Seaside and use Homeowners Collection and rent the beach home Wave the Wheat again!! We loved our time there and made so many memories.

Wonderful vacation in Seaside

Great House!

Yearly family getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful family vacation while staying at this home. Location Can not be beat as it is literally a few steps away from town square and the beach. This home had everything we would could need but again, the location is amazing . The home had a water leak occur during our stay and the home collection group quickly came to assess and resolve the problem and it did not negatively affect our trip. I have utilized other home rental services in tbe seaside area and this one takes the cake in my opinion because of their great communication before and during the stay. They offer a lot of great information about seaside upon arrival and I will most definitely be utilizing this rental service again in the future! This home was also the cleanest I’ve stayed at compared to another rental group we’ve utilized in the past.

Nice House. Terrible Beds

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a GREAT house with a fantastic location and good views. But the beds are terrible here, lumpy old beds. I've seen better at 4-h camp. The owners or management could improve the sleeping situation by investing a small amount in some at least decent beds. Again, it's a great house and an awesome location, a prime location. They just need to invest in some better sleeping.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and house. The only complaint I have is I called 3 times to get the TV fixed, and they finally came. The service guy said they had called someone to come fix the cable, and they never showed up nor did anyone ever check with us to see if it was fixed. This was our fall break and on a Saturday for college football, as well as a grandmother who couldn’t be out in the sun, 24/7. Really disappointed in the service but as long as the tv worked, would stay here again.

Gillade: Renlighet, incheckning, kommunikation, plats och annonsens riktighet

Seaside fun!

We enjoyed our stay at Wave the Wheat and the location was great as it was literally a 2 minute walk to our chairs on the beach and the stores and restaurants in Seaside. It was a smaller home than we normally rent in Seaside but all 3 bedrooms were nice size with king beds. The bunk room is tiny but allowed for 2 more guests so that was good. The property management company was great…they informed us before we arrived that the wood boards in the walkway up to the front door were very loose and that unfortunately they would not be repaired until after our visit so be careful! Thank goodness they did because you could not tell until you were walking on them and they were somewhat dangerous. Hopefully that has been taken care of. now. The kitchen faucet was very loose and completely came unattached from the counter and they had a plumber out immediately to repair it and it was good from then on. One issue we had was that every so often there was a bad smell in the downstairs bedroom with the bunk room attached. After a few days we finally realized it was only happening when the vent/fan was on in the bathroom. As long as that fan was not on there was no smell. All in all it is a great house and we would stay there again!!

Website Pictures Deceiving and has Nothing good but View

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was not what the website made it look like. It looks large on pictures. Rooms have King beds yes, but it is so small. The King upstairs with bathroom has so many issues. I need full page for it. The WiFi is terrible (people can't be on phones, etc all at once) The place is old and dirty. No upgrades in 20 years. The living chairs filthy and old. Light bulbs out everywhere. Windows so filthy the View is MUTE! Dishwasher tray is broken the dishes fall out when you pull out all the way. Patio chairs are filthy we had to do a thorough cleaning before their use. The upstairs shower has a glass gap so wide the water leaks out you have to put a towel to catch it or it goes everywhere. I mean 15,000.00 for this. Crazy, I have rented so much nicer for this kind of money. At Seaside. I didn't contact the mgmt becasue I didn't want to stir it up and complain but I am going to reem you on Yelp or other sight. If its the owners that are cheap and not wanting to upgrade ok but they are missing repeats. Look at how many times I have stayed at Seaside using Homeowners. 13 years I have been renting there including Cottage Rental AGency. All I can say.... its the mgmt company and the owners are missing it here.

Fabulous stay at Wave the Wheat

We have stayed at a handful of homes in Seaside including two that were ocean front and this was by far the most enjoyable. Everyone at Homeowner's Collection were friendly and professional. Thanks for a great stay. We highly recommend this home and look forward to our next trip.

A Perfect Match

Our family of 6 adults and one child had what we needed to have quality family time. The location was just right for one family member who is disabled and can only walk so far. We took full advantage of the bicycles and the fitness center/yoga room, and absolutely enjoyed the private pavilion beach access. The lights in the upstairs bathroom could have been much brighter, and maybe a greater variety of bed pillows.
