While life has taken some of us to different places, most of our family still lives right here in CDA, and this home represents a special way for us to stay connected to our roots.
We're an outdoors-loving bunch who cherish time spent together- whether it's hiking the nearby trails, exploring the lake, or simply enjoying nature's beauty as a family. Family is incredibly important to us, and it's the foundation of everything we do.
This home is a family investment that allows us to create a deeper connection to the community we grew up in, and we're grateful for the opportunity to do that. We have always loved this neighborhood because it feels like the true heart of Coeur d'Alene. It's full of character, with a mix of original homes and friendly neighbors that give it a real sense of community.
We love how walkable it is- you can head to the lake, trails, downtown shops, coffee spots, and restaurants all within minutes. But it's also tucked away just enough to be quiet and peaceful.
For us it's the perfect mix of charm, convenience, and the small-town CDA feeling we grew up with. We couldn't imagine a better place to be.
