Coeur d'Alene berömda Lakeshore stuga nära stranden!

Lakeshore stuga ligger i det prestigefyllda området Sanders
Beach på Lake Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Detta älsklinghem var ursprungligen
byggdes 1915 och renoverades helt 2004. Det är nytt
möblerade, mattor och inkluderar luftkonditionering, gas tvångsluft
värme och eldstad med gasinsats. Den är komplett med diskmaskin,
bortskaffande, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, och bar-b-que område.

Njut av den vackra utsikten medan du njuter av ett glas vin från
veranda eller njut av en bar-b-que på sidan uteplatsen. Stugan är
inom gångavstånd från shopping, restauranger och konstgallerier
i centrala Coeur d'Alene. Båt, jetski och parasailingaktiviteter
finns eller gå / vandra / picknick på Tubbs Hills som ligger
steg bort från stugan. Spela en golfrunda i världen
klass "flytande grön" golfbana som ligger minuter bort eller
koppla av vid sjön!

Great place!

The cottage was very clean and cozy and the hosts are awesome! They provided us a lot of information about the area, things to do, etc. and always quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

Beautiful lake view, amazing host

This property more than lived up to the description. Everything you need in the kitchen, kayaks and bikes in the garage, and a very responsive host. The location next to the hiking trail and proximity to town was perfect. Highly recommend.

Peaceful, beautiful , awesome

Most well stocked home I’ve seen! Owner provided a list of restaurants and things to do, great views of the lake from the front porch. We will be back for a longer visit next time

Great stay close to beach - kayaks and bikes

Very nice place with a front balcony that had great seating and a partial view of the lake. The place was clean and comfortable. Best of all was the garage full of bikes and kayaks! The beach was just a half block away across the street, so we could launch the kayaks down there. And easy to bike from the house in various directions.

location, location, location

September 15-22, 2024 All of the positive reviews are spot on, but if you've never been to CDA, you don't realize until you get there how great the location is. Tubbs Hill is just steps away and you will want to walk it several times to enjoy its spectacular views. Restaurants/grocery store either walkable or a short drive away. The porch view is lovely and the shoreline street is very quiet in September.

great location and setting for a kick back and relax stay.

Enjoyed the lake views from the front porch. Lovely sunsets and fireworks on the lake at a nearby resort. Awesome neighborhood conveniently located near town. Enjoyed the lake and all the area has to offer.

Magical Place to Stay

Coeur D Alene is a fun and beautiful place to visit. The lake view from the home's dining room table is breath taking. Jack's home offers every opportunity explore the area, enjoy your family, or just relax, unwind and enjoy.

Perfect !

Very clean, very well-stocked, and extremely comfortable. The location is perfect for walks, hikes, bike riding and shopping. Everything we needed was within walking distance. We would have loved to extend our stay if not for real-life!

Great Place!

Great location, clean, great beds, well stocked perfect for us! Close to town and Tubbs Hill. I cant say even one negative remark about this lovely place. Plus, owner is excellent and easy to work with! This is the 2nd time we've stayed here, and will be back.

Awesome little cottage! Perfect for our family of four to gather for Thanksgiving. Close to town and directly across from Lake CoeurD’Alene. It had everything (& more) we wanted for a long weekend getaway…even bikes and kayaks!! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, the bedding was cozy and we were walking (or biking) distance to anywhere.

Relaxing

The cottage was a very relaxing place to be. We enjoyed seating on the porch. The owner was very accommodating we ended up extending our stay by an extra day. We would definitely return.

Perfect stay

Jack's house was perfect for us during our first time in Coeur d'Alene as part of a long road trip. We loved how close the location was to the lake. We enjoyed the porch out front while having an evening cocktail. The house was clean and comfortable, and the back yard was great for our dog. I'm not sure we will get back to this jewel of an area, but if we do, we will definitely try and stay here again.

A perfect summer family spot!

We loved our stay, with walks up Tubbs and paddle boarding trips to beaches. The quick jaunt to town and Coeur d’Alene Coffee Company was fun, and the location was perfect for feeling ‘away’ in a quiet lakeside neighborhood while also having conveniences minutes away The house is perfectly cute and comfortable, and our mornings and evenings on the porch were bliss. Jack, the owner, was accessible, warm, and helpful. Can’t wait to come again next year!

Clean. Lovely decor! Great response time when needing to communicate. Excellent location!

My husband and I loved spending time out on the front porch.enjoying both wonderful lake views and wine. Lots to do: lake cruises, kayak rentals , nearby hiking, and tons of restaurants along the lake. Thanks, Jack, for the use of your lovely home!

Great stay

Super location on the lake with quick access to downtown. Loved the house and all it had to offer. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs and we were right by Tubbs Hill trails. Used the bikes, and a kayak is also available. There is beach access across the street. Host was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Best Location

This location is the best, it was quiter than staying in town, but just a few minutes away. It is about as close to the lake as you could want, and stocked with everything you could hope. The kitchen had everything we needed. When I thought the floor plan was a little dark at night, I found an extra nightlight in the kitchen drawers. The garage was stocked with inflatables and kayaks and bikes and I can't imagine anything else we could have possibly needed for a fun trip. This location is the best and we hope to stay here again soon. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
