The home is incredibly large. Everything we needed was in the home.The location is ideal and close to the parks and awesome eateries. There were small matters that were quickly addressed by Jim. Luxe Lasso is a star among many similar properties

You can find a bunch of similar properties in Orlando. You will not find a more responsive owner and property manager. You will not find a more secure neighborhood with multiple entrances. Access to Orlando attractions is easy (even with traffic) as there are multiple routes from the property to theme parks. Location is awesome, property is great and service is excellent.

Fabulous Family Vacation

This property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful, large, clean and comfortable home in a great neighborhood. Owner was great to work with and we had no issues we had to have remedied. Large Kitchen with 2 Fridges and 2 Dishwashers. Rooms were large and beds were super comfortable! Games for the kids in the garage was a nice surprise too. We would stay here again for sure. Great Property!

One of the best Disney trip

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house was so uniquely designed with different country's themes and it was gorgeous! The house has great layout to host a large group while giving each other privacy. It was clean and has good array of pots/pans for cooking. The large patio with comfy lounge furniture makes one feel at home. It is close to Disney parks and the private pool with SPA was a welcoming part of each night.

Great stay

We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in the home. This large home has been recently renovated and was perfect for our large group. It was extremely clean and there is a bath for every bedroom! The kitchen is well supplied with dishes and cookware for a large group. This was a perfect fit for us. The pool was also beautiful and well maintained. There is a large lounge area on the second floor and a game room in the garage area. The host was easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. Thanks Jim, we will be back for sure! Wendy

Family trip

We enjoyed our stay from the beginning to the end. The only hiccup we had in the trip was the pool not being able to be cleaned until the second day of us being there. Other then that there was plenty of room for all of us. Thank you for having us.

Golf trip

Great house for golf outing. All was as expected. Very clean and lots of kitchenware. Minor internet problem was quickly corrected. Owner and management company very quick to respond.

Excellent vacation in Orlando

A family vacation to celebrate an anniversary. Everything was as described. Property was clean, everything we asked for, pack n play, grill,high chair was available. No real issues other than the spa but this was taken care of by the property manager with clear communications from the owner. Property is close to Walmart and restaurants. Pool was clean and was enjoyed by all. Will look to repeat on the next visit down

We really enjoyed the house. The house was need and clean. Everybody said that they would like to stay there again. Only problem was that we had a uhaul filled with wheelchairs handicap scooter and we was told that if we leave it outside it would be towed so we but it in the garage Otherwise we had a good time

The house was very spacious and accommodating. Needs a few cosmetic repairs. Paint, a couple broken.

The experience was good. I asked for the hot tube to be turned on prior to arriving but it wasn't. I would rent from this homeowner again.

Very Nice Place for large family/group

House has lots of bedrooms and baths. House was in good condition. Kitchen appointments like poots, pans, bowls, tupperware (none) etc could be improved in both quality and quantity. Pool heater broke. However, with several maintenance visits, this was fixed and a credit applied. Owner checked in with me to make sure everything was going well and followed up. Recreational facilities, common pool, water slides, etc looked nice though I didn't get a chance to use them. Great place for a large family/group.

Celebrating the 100th birthday of our Father

Our foamily rented this Appt to go to Orlando and celebrate the 100th birthday of our Father. All our brothers, sister, daughter-in-laws, son-in-laws, grand kids and great grand kids were there. We enjoyed our stay together and celebrated this great occasion. When we requested a chair for our mother-in-law, 97 years old to sit and take shower, they bought one and supplied at once. The management is very kind and user friendly. We will definitely stay there again when an opportunity comes in future.

Best VRBO stay ever!

This house was immaculate! It is everything it described in the VRBO. I really appreciated that. Every room had a spacious bathroom all the amenities worked. We had 1 issue where the landscaping had been done and some of the debris had gotten into the pool. We called management and literally 5minutes later there was someone there and cleaned the pool. Absolutely phenomenal! They were absolutely the best. Only suggestion I have is that they make the TVs in the common areas bigger. Other than that this house gets a 10 from me! 🔥

Please be sure to take out the extra insurance. I do believe it a must. Because you will loose.

The property has all the room one would like however clogged hair when my guests all had bold heads but it's just how this property owner deals. We as home owners we know how wear and tear looks like and (PM) Preventive Maintenence. I think Vrbo should keep eye's opening. This place will not be on our list to rent.

GREATEST FIRST FAMILY VACA EVER

THE PROPERTY IS JUST A BEAUTIFUL IN PERSON AS IT IS ONLINE. THE OWNER COMMUNICATES WITH YOU QUICKLY. THE PROPERTY DOESN'T HAVE ACCESS TO ENCORE WHICH I NOW SEE WHY, THE POOL WAS ALL THEY NEEDED AFTER OUR ACTIVITIES. WE WILL DEFENITLY STAY THERE AGAIN. ..NONE OF MY FAMILY WANTED TO LEAVE, SO NEXT YR WE WILL STAY FOR 7 DAYS INSTEAD OF 5.. THE WASHER AND DRYERS CAME IN HANDY ALSO AS WE WERE ABLE TO WASH THE TOWELS AFTER AND LINENS BEFORE WE LEFT TO COME HOME.. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS THE HOUSE DIDN'T HAVE A CAN OPENER (LOL) IT HAD EVERYTHING BUT THAT... OTHER THAN THAT WE ALL ENJOYED OUR STAY

What an amazing Stay!!!

I am not even sure where to start.... The owner Jim was outstanding! I cannot state that we had any problems because he was ahead of us on letting me know. The pool pump had some issues and he let us know!!! The maintenance crew was all over it and it was taken care of quickly and without a moments interruption. Our group was there for a convention, so it was nice that all 10 of us had our own room and bathroom. I had contracted with the owner to have the house cleaned everyday and that made the difference. It was nice to come home to a clean house after a long day on the convention floor. If you are looking for a nice clean place to have a group of people, this is the place. The pool and hot tub were used every night to relax and the privacy trees around the yard added to the nice setting. yes you can hear the houses around you, but nothing beyond conversation level. Never anything noticeable or that would raise an eyebrow. Cannot wait to book again! The only advice I will give..... the catering service needs a minimum of two weeks notice, so you may want to book that in advance of your stay. We had no trouble finding other alternatives in the area.

Poor Customer Service (Property Management & Lack of Inspection of your property before check-in

Our check-in was not communicated with the property manager, therefore we were just n able to enter the property. The property was clean, but everyday we endured many challenges that interrupted our stay. We had roaches in the kitchen and and one of the first floor bedrooms. The second day we noticed the pool was not operating correctly. Orange Vacation Homes (Property Manager) trying tell us otherwise. The water was cloudy like milk, the filters was not operating needing replacing, and no pool lights. Two pool professional came and confirmed my complaints. The use of the pool was cut short during our week stay. Darryl (property manager) never showed up to speak to us about the conditions, but took a video from the side of the house and told the owner the pool jets were good. There never was a matter about the jets. Well, the pool was never fixed Including in the rental was a gas grill. The grill was so nasty, it wasn’t fix to cook food for a dog and they had the nerve to say its clean weekly. It wasn’t cleaned in a few months. Jim, the homeowner had it replaced within 2 hours. When you think nothing else could go wrong, it did! The kitchen sink Food dispenser was clogged and the plumber found the pasta clogged in the pipes. Therefore, we couldn’t utilize the dishwashers or the kitchen sinks. The air conditioner was programmed to 78 degrees. You was hot during the day and woke up sweating in the middle of the night. Orange Vacation Home programmed it for 74 degrees, but the homeowner reprogrammed it every time to 78. The property is a pleasant home, but it has poor management and customer service. Customer services is extremely important to me and when its dismissed wrongs make right, my willingness to support or encourage other to do business with you is voided. No one plans their vacation to deal with unnecessary matters and I have to say this was the worst vacation ever. My family travels to Florida twice a year and the house we normally rent wasn’t large enough to accommodate us, but our next will not be with this rental home or any home at Encore Resort at Reunion again. It is my belief, the management company , Orange Vacation Homes was a disservice to the homeowner and didn’t render the expected services. Sincerely,

We are from the Philadelphia area. We love Orlando for its nice weather all year long, Disney World, and most importantly the quality time we can spend with family and friends, either for a family vacation, or a golfing trip.

My house is conveniently located at a luxury Encore Resort@Reunion. It is located close to Walt Disney World, yet not so close to be a problem with crowds and traffic.

You can either spend some quality time with your family and friends with home cooked food or relax in the private pool after a long day work at the convention center, or after an exciting golf trip.
