The house was as described, nice backyard setting and only a short drive to shops, go to the ferry docks, walk the water and even catch live music and fireworks!

Very nice house. Close to alot of attractions/things to do. Elyse was great at communicating, letting us know where everything was, and making sure we were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Thank you for staying with us. No we don't advertise A/C but luckily it has been unseasonably cold all summer. 50-58 degree nights. We do provide 4 fans.

St. Ignace Stay

This property was perfect for us and our adult son! Clean, attractive, comfortable. Stocked with everything we needed for our visit - I could have packed lighter! Nice front porch for morning coffee or happy hour cocktails. Close to everything. We had a great stay and would stay here again!

Really good spot just a little ways north of downtown St. Ignace. Nice property and quite for the most part, can hear the waves crashing against the shoreline. Inside was clean and cozy with everything you will need to stay for extended periods of time if you wish. Host replies to messages within good time frame, also friendly and nice. Good home base for most things in the upper peninsula to enjoy a day full of adventure and come back to relax for the next part of your journey!
Was blessed to see the northern lights!
Close rides to great views of the bridge!
Lighthouse hunting adventure!
Beautiful fresh water springs for a day trip to see.

Nice UP getaway

We stayed here to explore the UP and visit Mackinac Island during the Lilac festival. The property was clean, well stocked, quiet, and well maintained overall. It was located conveniently and perfect for our needs. Our toddler enjoyed the big bed to himself in the second room. I never found the nice looking beach on the VRBO listing but never asked the host.

Cozy cottage

Adorable little house on a quiet street. The house had everything we could possibly need. Close to the ferry, the island was a little chilly this time of year but not crowded like summer. We went to the casino, I did not win. Elyse is a very nice host, good communication. I highly recommend this property!

By the looks of the pictures, I honestly though that it was a lake front property, so was a little disappointed upon arrival. However, the listing is as described and was close in proximity to the lake. The home is kept very clean and had all items that we could have needed.
