Located in gorgeous Payson, AZ, secluded in the cozy Beaver Valley Estates, nestled right in the Tonto Forest, this fabulous 3-bedroom cabin offers 2 king beds, 2 double bunk beds, and 1 child bed. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine & dryer in home, guests can relax in the cozy living room with 2 sofa beds or enjoy the fresh mountain air on the property.
The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a hairdryer and shower for convenience. Downstairs enjoy the fun media room, as you play various games with a full bar set up and pool table for everyone to enjoy! This home is ideal for two families with one upper level completely start with sleeping arrangements for easily 3 to 4 adults and 3 to 4 children. Relax by two woodburning fireplaces either for your morning coffee or a glass of wine at the end of active day!
The lower area can accommodate an additional four adults or children with the two king size beds, and plenty of room to sleep on the enormous couch! It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.
The backyard is fully fenced is to relax around the gas fire pit! Large amounts of areas to sit and relax as well as a gas barbecue too create that perfect meal after a fun day, hiking, fishing, enjoying the views of the Mogollon Rim, Tonto, National Bridge, and many other sites within close proximity.
The wildlife is insane! Occasionally Majestic Elk frequent the neighborhood, as well as Javelina, Bald Eagles, Bobcats and DeerâŠwalking distance to the East Verde River, for a quick stroll in this peaceful community!

I chose this neighborhood because I wanted to be within the Payson community limits, but far enough to wait to feel like Iâm really out with nature! It is so beautiful with the fire pit, looking out having either a cup of coffee or a glass of wine with a direct view of the Mogollon Rim! Truly a place for your families and friends to enjoy each otherâs company year after year building traditions is what I wanted to offer my guests!

You can spend your whole time here or take a short drive into town and enjoy the best amount of wonderful restaurants, bars, breweries, shopping, specialty shops, and more!
With two wood-burning fireplaces within the property one downstairs in the bar/pool table area, imagine yourself watching your favorite sport team on the 50 inch screen TV just like you were at your favorite sports bar!
Upstairs, the full kitchen is stocked full of absolutely everything you would need to make that perfect culinary dinner, including a full-size Gas barbecue outside!
The majestic rock fireplace, is a perfect place to whip up your favorite charcuterie board, and pop a bottle of wine! Outside, youâll enjoy several seating areas, artificial turf to make the kids happy with those games, a Gas fire pit with Adirondack chairs for that perfect conversation at night!
A gorgeous front porch a ways to as you watch the sunset to the west! Plenty of room for that family reunion that youâve been putting off!!
You can spend your whole time here or take a short drive into town and enjoy the best amount of wonderful restaurants, bars, breweries, shopping, specialty shops, and more!
