For every season, there is a reason to visit the beautiful Pocono Mountains! Stay in one of our four private community townhomes with a 3 minutes’ drive to Shawnee Mountain Ski Area, 10 minutes to Pocono TreeVentures and the Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort, and 15 minutes to Bushkill Falls, the Delaware Water Gap, and Dunnfield Creek Appalachian Trail. Come explore the great outdoors or simply relax and enjoy any number of excellent Pennsylvania wineries. Start planning your next getaway!

Our home has 2 bedrooms (1 Queen and 2 full beds), Queen sleeper sofa, 2 full baths, jacuzzi tub, sunken living room with wood burning fireplace, open kitchen and dining room area, washer and dryer, playground for children off the back deck, and 2 parking spaces directly in front the townhome.

You have access to the entire townhome.

You can contact us pre-arrival and at any time during your stay wiht questions or concerns.

Our homes comfortably accommodate six individuals. If you are a larger family or group, please click on my profile photo to view our other homes in this complex. Proximity between homes ranges from 30 seconds to a 4-minute walk.
*Absolutely NO smoking, controlled substances, or firearms on the premises.

*Guests are families and responsible adults over the age of twenty-five.

*Please DO NOT disturb neighbors. If a violation occurs, guests must vacate immediately.

*The front door access code will be sent one day prior to arrival.

*The Wi-Fi name and password are on the fridge magnet.

*PLEASE DO NOT USE LINENS FOR CLEANING. There are appropriate cleaning supplies throughout our home.

*Please place used towels in laundry baskets. There is one in each bedroom closet.

*When checking out, please place all trash and recyclables in cans on the back deck and ensure the fridge is empty.

*Any items that you bring into our home, please take with you when you leave or dispose of them in the garbage.

A perfect place for a perfect Fall weekend getaway with friends. Very clean and pet friendly. Check-in was a breeze. We had everything we could ask for. Highly recommend!

Modern Comforts in a Serene Setting.Such a lovely stay! The home was beautiful and comfortable with modern appliances, blackout curtains, and cozy beds. Our host was wonderful with communication, and we even got to watch deer wander past the playground. Such a sweet bonus!

Wonderful Property

Our stay can best be described as "FANTASTIC!" The host communicated with us effectively and addressed all our concerns quickly, providing clear instructions for accessing the property. The rooms were wonderful, and as an LG fan, I appreciated that all the appliances were LG. Connecting to the televisions was seamless, and we were able to use our YouTube TV without any issues.Although we didn't explore the outdoor areas around the property, it looked nice and comfortable, especially for families with young children. We noticed a swing set, but we weren't sure if it belonged to the host's property. I believe this property would be delightful in the fall or winter, particularly for those who enjoy outdoor activities.
