Vackert enfamiljshus med 4 sovrum och 2 badrum, inom gångavstånd till stranden. Hemmet är noggrant rent och väl underhållet. Husdjur gratis och rökfri. Nyligen renoverade år 2017 ingår nya golv, nya 2-zoniga centrala A. C.-enheter, nya vardagsrumsmöbler, renoverat badrum och nytt kylskåp. Wi-Fi, internetuppkoppling och kabel ingår.

Kom och koppla av och njut av din morgonkaffe på övre eller nedre privata däck. Nedre däck ligger utanför första våningen sovrummet. Eller blick på stjärnorna på övre däck, beläget utanför vardagsrummet / köket. Bra layout för utökad familj. 2: a våningen har öppet vardagsrum - kök och vardagsrum, 2 sovrum och 1 badrum. Första våningen har 2 sovrum, master bad och tvättstuga. Hemmet har också en privat utomhusdusch. Hemmet ligger i ett lugnt område.

Our family had an amazing time in Beach Haven. The location was beyond perfect- literally steps away from the beach and public bathrooms. The house had everything we needed. We would love to come back again.

All around perfect

What an incredible house - fully stocked with everything you would need and might forget to pack (including garbage bags, laundry soap, tons of dishes and even saran wrap) to the amazing location. It is so close to the beautiful beach. The layout of the house is great and all of the furniture and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the outside either sitting on both the upstairs and downstairs decks. The outdoor shower was perfect after a day at the beach. Overall a 10 out of 10.

Perfect beach getaway!

We were beyond impressed with our stay at Frank's home. It was beautiful, clean and plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Everything was just as described. We truly enjoyed hanging on the deck and the hammock for relaxing. It was super close to the beach and convenient with having two kids. The communication was great with Frank and he made us feel like we were at home. We hope to go back next year for a longer stay

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The house was impeccably clean upon arrival, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. It was perfectly set up for two small families—plenty of space, thoughtful amenities, and a great layout that gave everyone room to relax.One of the biggest highlights was the outdoor area. The decks were spacious, safe, and ideal for the kids to play with plenty of room for the adults to relax.The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others traveling with children or two small families.

Great family weekend.

The property is excellent, with lots of room for a relaxing time. Located in the quietest part of the island but only a 10 minute drive/uber to the restaurants and shops. Though the weather was not the best for much beach time, we thoroughly enjoyed hanging on the deck and were able to sneak in some nice walks on the beach and around the bay.

Beautiful home super close to beach!

My friends and I had a great time at Frank's property. The home is less than a block from the beach, and the spacious deck was perfect for our memorial day bbq! We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet get away

The house was as advertised and very close to both the ocean and the bay. There was a sandwich shop just 200 feet away for an early morning coffee or sandwiches for lunch or dinner. Clean, quiet, and comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay.

Vacation at Frank's Holgate House

We had a great get-away at this Holgate, NJ property. The balcony-deck was especially nice for sitting and relaxing outside after a morning and afternoon at the beach. It's close location to the beach was fantastic.

Nice, clean house in a great location

We loved staying here. The house was just as described, and the location was wonderful. It was a very short walk to the beach. Being on the southern end of the island made the house feel private and quieter, too. The kitchen was very well-stocked, and we had everything we needed, which is not always the case with rentals. It was a great house for eight people. Thanks so much!

Amazing Beach House

Our recent stay at this amazing beach house was nothing short of idyllic. Its prime location made getting to the beach easy during the day or taking in sunsets at night. The proximity to Bowker's Deli was an added bonus. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The living room was perfect for unwinding, and the bedrooms offered peaceful retreats for restful nights. Overall, we can't recommend this beach house highly enough. It's the perfect spot for anyone looking to experience the best of beachside living, with easy access to LBI’s natural beauty, delicious food, and all the comforts of home.

Friends & Family Beach Vacation

We were two families of four, including four young boys. Frank’s house layout was perfect for our group, and had all amenities we needed. We loved the proximity to the beach, including access to public bathrooms and corner store. The house was very clean and has nice decorations. We rarely used our cars as the LBI/restaurant shuttles picked up and dropped off at the house, which was an added bonus.

Holgate Gem

Excellent location! - just two houses from public beach access. Well set up kitchen with all the amenities. Spacious deck with plenty of seating. All the beach gear one would need. Looking forward to returning next year!

Great Location!

We had a wonderful week! The location is fantastic! It was so nice to be right next to the beach - we could come and go all day! We also loved being able to walk out the door and have instant access to the running and biking path on the road as well. We ran each morning, and even biked the 18 miles from one end of LBI to the other to climb the Lighthouse. We enjoyed the deli right next door, and riding our bikes to get ice cream just a mile down the road. A big thank you to Frank - we had an issue with the grill and he brought over a brand new one the next morning! We really enjoyed our week!

Friends & Family

We took a week vaca to LBI with friends and their 3 children along with our 2 children. The house was set up so nicely for 2 families. We have small children and the fenced in yard was a life saver!! The boys also loved playing in the stones. The 2 minute walk to the beach was key with kids and the beach was never over crowded. Frank was lovely to communicate with and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at his home. Thanks Frank!
