This has been our favorite location so far along the Island. The location is perfect and the boardwalk is very close and easily manageable (without stairs! The best part!) The kitchen was well stocked with items needed to cook. Plenty of games for the family and a lot of extra beach stuff that could have been used if needed. Overall a wonderful stay with awesome communication.

A lovely new house with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for my family. Easy walk to the beach. House was fully stocked with all the appliances one would need.

The house was outstanding well stocked, very clean and most of all the rooms we well spread out for privacy. Very convenient to all the places we went. The hot tub was a great finish of the day. Not one complaint.

Wonderful Stay at a Beautiful Home!

We had a fantastic experience staying at this property! The house was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, the beds were cozy, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing in the evenings.

Family Vacation

This was a very nice house. Walking distance to community pool which the grandkids loved! It also was walking distance to beach. Very nice broad walk to beach. Golf carts can also be driven across the broad walk to the beach. It is a nice neighborhood. I would recommend staying here. Grandkids loved all the games they provided.

Cute house with lots of upstairs and downstairs patio space along with plenty of games. Close access to Beach Road 2 and a boardwalk from subdivision to the beach. This property is well outside Port Aransas around 11 miles but we preferred the slower, quieter neighborhood and not having to deal with all the golf carts now running around Port A. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked with kitchen stuff. Nice driveways that fit all 4 of our trucks. Would definitely book this house again.

The house had several problems that made our stay problematic. Our checking time was at 4:00 & we did not get into the house until 4:34. We deserve a discount refund as our kids were chomping at the bit to get into thee house & pick their room. The oven does not heat correctly & takes at least 2-3 times longer to bake. The dishwasher has to go through 3-4 runs before the dish’s are clean. The dryer is horrible. It took me 5-7 cycles before the clothes were dry thus all day to dry one load of clothes. This is not just me, the other adult members of our party complained about these same problems. Everyone was very upset when we could not get into the house. We all drove over 6 hours to get to Corpus Christi & then to have to wait was very disturbing. We have been having a yearly trip to the ocean or rivers in Texas for over 10 years & have never had any problems like these. The clearers being late in getting the house cleaned & ready for the next group was not my problem it was your problem. I will expect a partial refund for y’all not following your own rules.
