A very enjoyable stay

I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. It’s a short walk to the beach and Port Aransas is just a five to ten minute drive depending on traffic. We had a wonderful stay.

Great for family trips to the beach

Big, well appointed beach house an easy 5 min stroll to the beach (we did not need a golf cart, although many neighbors did). The house was very clean and it had everything we needed. We would definitely consider staying in this same property again next time we are in Port A.

Great house

Great house in a great location. The beds were comfortable and the area was very quiet. There were a lot of notes all over the house with a lot of pretty aggressive undertones, like towels getting messed up costs 70 dollars. So ple ase watch out for all the tar on the beaches.

Awesome!

Great stay again! Clean and great location. Has pretty much everything you need, a Keurig coffee make would be great since I’m the only one who drinks coffee (there is a standard coffee maker though). Hot tub down the street was nice but not hot enough for February. But we will definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location was a great place to stay and we will certainly rent again. The house is spacious with enough room for a large family. The house was clean and the beds were all comfortable. The driveway is large enough to park up to four vehicles. You can access the beach via the boardwalk, so renting a golf cart is suggested.

Ruined by Bugs

House is nice and roomy and well-appointed, which is what we paid a hefty price for. The house, unfortunately, has a roach issue that seriously needs to be addressed. When all food has to be placed in bags and stored in the fridge, and when you have to check your linens for critters, that's a problem. Short walk to beach was pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet. Easy driving to Corpus and neighboring beaches.

Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The toilet upstairs stopped working properly after the first day we were there. The dryer did not dry. It turned on but that was about it. There were broken railings on the upstairs back balcony which was concerning with small children we had with us. The upstairs deck water hose did not work. The neighbor across the street and to the left was very rude to one of our children. Other than that! It was a great stay. We didn’t let these things bother us, but something to know for future vacation goers. Also, may want to clean under the rugs in front of the doors. I removed one due to it being slippery for my child and it was filled with dirt underneath.

Family time on the Island!

Plenty of room for everyone, a 5 minute walk to the beach, a 5 minute drive to town. I gave a 4 for maintenance because there were a few nails sticking up on the deck & we had little kids with us.

Good spot for family, walking distance to the beach

The property was nice and clean, but a bit ill-equipped. I understand that there's a limited expectation for consumables, but not having anything to even wipe down counters with is a real shame. I'd expect minimal cleaning products available at such a price.

Other then that we had a great experience. When you rent something that nice I would also expect small things like salt and pepper trash bags plenty coffee filters sugar for coffee etc.

Our thanksgiving week in Port Aransas

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1. Spacious home, plenty of seating. 2. Uncomfortable family room because sofas old and broken down3. Very dusty on plants and coffee table4. Kitchen counter was not clean. Our Cleaning cloth was brown with dirt. 5. Promised start up supplies were inadequate. 6. Overall nice property but needs work. Unfortunately the weather was not nice. Rained most of our stay. Unusually cold stayed in most of the time. All good restaurants and all bait stores closed on thanksgiving day.
