New Town hem ligger i helt, vän till familjen mitt i Wildwood Crest. Vårt hem har allt du behöver för din familj semester. Öppna koncept stort rum på andra våningen med gasspis, 47 "LCD-TV, matsal med plats 10 bekvämt, nytt kök erbjuder rostfritt stål apparater.

Två rymliga Master Suites, ett med King size-säng och badrum med en jet badkar och det andra svit med dubbelsäng och bad.

Njut av solnedgången över bukten på den vackra främre däck utanför sovrummet och Front Great Room.

Var och en av de fyra rummen erbjuder platt-TV!

Du kommer att älska de extra bekvämligheter inklusive; Inhägnad inn bakgård med en gasolgrill och vackra uteplats set.

Great house for large family

Overall, the house and use of amenities were very good. Four bathrooms was very convenient when coming home from beach. Although 4 blocks from beach, the house is on the block that starts the boardwalk. The house is in walking distance to restaurants, Acme and quite a few other stores.

Filthy place

We were very suprised and disturbed on how dirty this house was. Dust and Hair balls everywhere. The kitchen floor had a stain that could of easily been removed if a cleaning service was there. We found a piece of glass on the floor in the kids bunk beds room. Thankfully I saw it before any of us stepped on it. There was a large blood stain on one of the mattress protectors which is very disturbing. I did mention it to the owner and received no response. The dresser drawers all had hair in them. Few things were broken as well; one of the toilet seats was completely broken and useless, towel rack in another bathroom broken, door knob broken to the bunk beds room. The toaster didn't work well either. The mattresses were the most uncomfortable ones we all ever slept on. They were all so loud and stiff. Only positive thing was the location and size of townhouse.

Location Great, cleanliness and maintenance poor

We stayed with a family of 10, including children. The size of the house was great for all of us. The location was perfect for the beach, boardwalk, shops, restaurants, and Cape May. The owner was responsive before we arrived and then did not respond or accommodate concerns after getting to their home. There were MANY lights out, one of the rooms was missing a blade from the fan, there was no cable box in one of the rooms, there were tvs in all rooms but they were about 14". The host raved about the cleaning service before we arrived but once getting there, we were highly disappointed. The floors were dirty and hair all over, the furniture wasn't dusted, there were bath mats in the washer which we had to dry since the cleaning people left them for us. Every time one of the kids was on the couch they had an allergic reaction. Cooking frying pans were limited. The back deck off of the master did not feel safe to be on. The grill was absolutely disgusting, probably never cleaned so we couldn't use it. There was a large outdoor table but 2 chairs to go with it in the back area. The back area was very small. We didn't spend any time there. Overall, location great, size of home was good for kids to run around.

Check in was advertised for 3PM. Actually could not move in until after 5PM due to cleaning staff. Only 1 light out of 6 worked in downstairs hall. Battery in garage keypad was dead, I had to replace. Screen door broken, could not use. Even after the cleaning crew left, there were dirty areas. Coffee maker had old coffee and grounds in it. Dirty dishes in the cabinet, etc.

Overall nice house

The house was great. Plenty of room. Living room was open and you never felt cramped. I had a 90 year old mother and several small children so I would have liked to have been a little closer to beach but we were close to other attractions which made it a plus

Can't get much better!

This was the perfect rental for my wife and I and our three grandchildren (ages 8,10,12). Very spacious, comfortable, having four bathrooms was a real plus, as was a big refrigerator and gas stove! And lots of bonuses like bikes, a beach wagon (boy, was that a luxury!) and boogey boards. We were also surprised with the quiet at night. With Britton's bakery a block away, we were in heaven!

Fantastic and spacious

This house has all of the amenities you could ever want, and is so spacious. We've stayed here 2 times now and have loved it. I love that it's just one block past the boardwalk - you miss all of the congestion, but are still so close to everything - highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and very well appointed rental. We will definitely be going back.

Huge family home!

This house is amazing! My family fit very comfortably and we had a blast. The pictures to this home do it no justice, you just have to see it for yourself. Can't wait to plan another family vacation just so we could use this house again.
