Detta nyligen renoverade 2 sovrum 2 badrum stuga, belägen i Hillcrest Bay, har utsikt över Bill Williams Reserve, Lake Havasu och Havasu Springs. Vacker sjöutsikt och ligger bara en kilometer från den berömda Parker Strip på Colorado River. Flera restauranger och flytande barer sitter längs denna flodsträcka.
Lake Havasu gratis båt ramp ligger 1 mil bort, och du kan starta på floden inom 2 miles.
Gott om parkering framför hemmet för din lastbil och båt eller leksaksvagn. Det finns otaliga spår för 4 wheeling.

Hemmet är fullt utsett och har en tvättmaskin / torktumlare i en separat skjul. Allt du behöver för båt, fisk, vandring, cykel etc.
Den har en anpassad duschkabin ombyggd år 2016. Verkligen en utomhusentusiaster dröm!

Hemmet sitter direkt mellan Parker Arizona och Lake Havasu, vilket innebär att det erbjuder spänningen i sjön, med lite mindre ljud och trafik. Du kan båt till London Bridge lätt från båt rampen 1 mil bort.

Great Place on the Lake

This house was clean with a very pretty view of the lake. It is only a couple minutes from Havasu Springs. We look forward to staying here again next summer.

We love staying here - it's always amazing

We had a great stay here again. The place was recently updated with nice wood floors and other new furniture. The beds are really comfortable and it's got everything we need to cook and bbq. We also love the view. Can't wait to come back next year.

Cozy, Clean, & Comfortable

The property was absolutely as described and very comfortable for my daughter and I for the Parker Float weekend. Communication with the host was pleasant and prompt. Their hospitality was top notch and we would definitely stay again! Thank you for making our trip easy and comfortable.

Great Stay at Lake Havasu

The property worked out perfectly for us. It’s clean, comfortable, in a nice quiet neighborhood and very convenient for accessing the lake facilities through the Havasu Springs Resort. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely look forward to staying at the property in the future!

This place is perfect for a couple, two couples or a small family. The property manager/owner is great to work with. Convenient location between the towns of Parker and Lake Havasu.

Great place with amazing views and sunsets. We rented the house to break in our new boat on the lake. It all worked out great with easy access. Everything we needed was there. Will suggest family stay here when visiting us.

Quiet, comfortable, clean.

This property is perfect for visiting south Lake Havasu, has a nice view of the lake as well. The owner is a pleasure to work with, keeps the property clean and well appointed.

This home sits in an ideal location away from the hustle bustle of the London Bridge, yet less than a mile from Lake Havasu, with a beautiful view of the Lake. 2 boat ramps are within 2 miles away, and the home is only a couple miles from the famous Parker Strip on the Colorado River.
You have the best of both worlds - Lake vs. River!!
I absolutely love the back deck, where you can see both the Bill Williams Reserve and Lake Havasu. Truly a great place
