We have always loved hosting our friends and family, and there is no greater compliment than hearing people say that they feel comfortable and happy in our home. We wanted to extend our love of hosting to a larger audience, and have had so much fun creating Koto House for this purpose. When we aren't planning our next home project, we are busy soaking up every second of life with our three young daughters.

We first visited the Catskills to attend a wedding, and instantly felt connected to the vibe here! We love the slow cadence of life while on vacation here - days spent enjoying hiking and fishing, picking out local eggs and produce at the farmer's markets, and watching the sun set and the stars come out. It's such an added bonus that we still have access to incredible restaurants, spas, and boutique shops.

We have loved creating Koto House as the ultimate Catskills getaway for small groups or families who want to escape the daily grind in a beautiful, natural setting, while still enjoying luxe amenities. Our property is one of a kind in the area with regards to the array of amenities, thoughtful design, and easy access to everything the Western Catskills has to offer!
