•We allow small pets but we have an extra fee for cover the cleaning for the pets, this has a cost of 100$ for all the stay

- Check-out is at 10:00am. If you need to request a late check out please contact us 24 hours prior and if it’s possible we will arrange it : )

- If we have guests arriving on the same day you are leaving, we can NOT accommodate a late check out. There is a charge equivalent to one extra night if the check-out time is not met.
- An extra cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left in really bad conditions.
