Located in the historic Peachtree Towers at 300 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30308, this condo is known for its superior sound insulation, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. Fully renovated from floor to ceiling, the unit features well-maintained furnishings and two queen beds with high-quality bedding for maximum comfort. The open living area is versatile—perfect for business meetings or relaxing downtime. The sofa bed converts to accommodate additional guests, allowing the unit to comfortably host up to four guests.
The modern bathroom is sparkling clean, and the condo includes a smart TV with cable and high-speed wireless internet, adding to the convenience and comfort of your stay.

Parking: Ample public parking is available near the property. Guests can use a secure parking deck just one block away or a surface lot located right next to the building.

Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are readily available, typically less than 5 minutes away, making it easy and affordable to get around Atlanta.

Heating & Air Conditioning: The building features a central HVAC system, which is switched seasonally between heating and cooling. Depending on the time of year, your unit may have either heat or air conditioning.
Laundry: A washer and dryer are available on the basement level for $1.75 per load, providing convenient in-unit laundry access.
Pets: In accordance with HOA regulations, pets are not permitted in the building.
Parking: Parking is not included, but several secure paid lots are located nearby. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. (30308) for the best security. The surface lot at 17 Baker St. (30308) is not recommended. Fees vary depending on demand.
