Detta är ett underbart timmerhus byggt av min son och hans Alaskan-vänner. Lägenheten är perfekt för två, men rymmer fyra. Det ligger på den lägre nivån. Den nedre enheten ger enkel åtkomst till lägenheten. Enheten är bara några meter från ingången. Detta är en nyare och uppdaterad lägenhet. Lägenheten har ett fullt utrustat specialkök Lägenheten har ett rymligt sovrum med en dubbelsäng. Lägenheten har också ytterligare en sovplats. Entrérummet fungerar som en entré och ett sovrum. Det kan stängas av avskildhet. Den har en drottning futon som kan rymma två gäster. Badrummet är utanför sovrummet. Detta arrangemang bör övervägas. Det finns ett trevligt badrum med separat dusch och badkar. Golven har strålningsvärme och lägenheten har mycket ljus. Wi-Fi och tv finns. Du kan ta en liten promenad upp vår väg och se Turnagan Arm, vackra berg och blåbär. Om mer plats behövs finns det ett annat avsnitt som kan användas, det har en drottning futon, TV, pentry och badrum. Utrymmet är begränsat till två gäster. Wonderful hospitality

Loved this location and the apartment was the best! I highly recommend this property. Easy walking distance to Alyeska and restaurants. Beautiful location!

Excellent home away from home

Very cozy, comfortable and well appointed apartment in a larger log house. Private parking spot right by the entrance. Very well maintained. Host is well organized and friendly. Skiing requires a short drive to the base of the lifts (would be walkable if not for the icy roads). Generally very good experience!

First time to AK

We had a blast in Alaska, minus the abnormal winter snowfall-what can you do! The apartment was perfect for us, very well stocked, and comfortable. Girdwood is such a cute community!

Perfect for a getaway!

The property was amazing…very quaint and quiet yet accessible to all of Girdwood, Anchorage and the Kenai. We were there in early December and had no problems getting around. We will definitely return!

Great Stay

The listing was even better than we imagined. Clean, well stocked & quiet. It was in the perfect location for us. Most restaurants are close by. Big bathroom with plenty of soft towels. A lot of extras that most places don’t provide. Glenda was helpful with area suggestions. I can’t wait to go back!

Outstanding Property

This is an excellent choice in Girdwood. This place has everything you could possibly want or need. It is clean, modern, fully stocked with essentials, including good coffee for a Kuerig machine.

Probably the best Vrbo we’ve ever stayed in. Lovely lower level apartment of owners home. All the details were there: clean, spacious ;comfortable bed; well equipped kitchen including spices.

This is the perfect apartment for your time in Girdwood. Everything you need for a wonderful stay. Comfortable bedding and thick towels, full kitchen and very tastefully decorated. Park close to front door, too! Wonderful host, as well!

Quiet Solitude

This place was very quiet - we never once heard the owner up above us! Very well stocked, with plenty of pots and pans to cook with. We were even visited by a pair of Steller's Jays!

Convient, clean, homey

Great space, though only one bedroom, with the futon it easily accommodated my kids and I. Everything was clean and comfortable (the beds especially). I have always stayed at the hotel during holiday break, but now I'll try here first.

Everything we needed

This apartment was very spacious and the full kitchen was definitely a plus. Easy parking right up to the front door makes it nice when loading and unloading our belongings. Communication was quick and easy and Glenda even gave us some personal recommendations for dining and hiking. I would definitely recommend this place! Thank you!
