Helt renoverat år 2013 och precis vid stranden. Vackert inredda i en tropisk inredning för dig. Varje fönster avslöjar en vacker havsutsikt. Njut av en morgon kopp kaffe på den privata balkongen medan du tittar på delfiner, sedan koppla av med en kall dryck som solnedgången smälter i vattnet. Lugna din själ med havet vindar och vattendroppar.

Lyxig king size sovrum, vardagsrum, matplats och fullt utrustat kök, nyligen renoverade för dig. Två solstolar och ett paraply är försedda med denna enhet från mitten av mars till mitten av oktober. Men lounge charis finns kostnadsfritt, runt poolen hela kalenderåret.

Under säsongen upptagen är parkeringsplatser passerar begränsade till ett per lägenhet. Om du tar ytterligare fordon, kan du bli tvungen att parkera extra fordon externt på egen risk.

We loved our stay at this condo! The view was amazing, especially from the balcony! The condo was clean and had everything we needed! The host was amazing to work with, very communicative and gave us some great recommendations of things to do as well! Also, the condo is walking distance to several things!

We do have fabulous views! I have tried to replace the recliner; however, my long-time guests revolt. They tell me it's the most comfortable chair ever, and they love it. We usually clean it every winter to freshen it up for the next season. I constantly shop for another comfy one.

I am glad you enjoyed your stay. The mobility mat on the beach makes the walk in sand much easier. Being right on the beach is a definite plus! I love that we have 3 pools to choose from, the smaller east & west pools seem to be a favorite with kids.

The balcony views were stunning! Check in was so easy, and access to the beach was perfect. The hostess was in contact with us several times before our stay to give directions and advice. The condo was lovely, and perfect for two adults wanting a relaxing vacation right on the beach.

We love the location of the Sunbird! Even though we are directly on the beach, everything is nearby. Walmart is within view if you need items, world-famous Pineapple Willy's is next door; you will find a buffet, Juan Tacos, The Wharf Grill & Bar, and a candy shop across the street. You don't even have to get in the car.

500 feet of beach front space
At some of the large condo developments the building is large, but the beach frontage is small. Guest are packed into a small area. Not at the Sunbird, there is plenty of beach space to play on.

Low rise complex
12 floors in a tower with 2 elevators, no standing in line forever waiting for an elevator

Parking is directly outside the building, not in a parking deck across the street.

Incredible views
With the unique floor plans at the Sunbird, every window is a delightful view of the ocean. The balconies are positioned so you are not staring directly at another room, you are facing out to sea.
