Boenden: Stuga, 2 sovrum med stor våning och sovplats i färdig veranda (6 sovplatser), 11/2 bad. Däck mot sjö, öppen planlösning med stort kök.

Stuga hemma i skogen på vackra sjön 21. Fantastisk solnedgång, bra fiske och simning och 2 sandkranar året runt boende på gården.

Total avkoppling men ändå bara några minuter från centrum av Delton och 15 minuter till Hasting.
Gilmore bilmuseum bara 8 mil bort.

Beautiful views. Was pleased immediately with the property. Quiet area with plenty of wild life to enjoy all the acorns on the property. Very relaxing weekend for us to enjoy. Not too far from restaurants or grocery.

Cute cottage

Had a great stay. Would stay again if in area. We had clear instructions re the house/check out etc. Very clean. Lovely view of lake front. We didn’t use any of kayaks? As we were gone a lot during the day. Their fire insert was cosy on a miserable rainy night.

Relaxation

Being late September, we enjoyed viewing the lake but we didn’t get in or on the water. The sunsets were spectacular! The cabin is very homey, clean and comfortable. Checking in at night is difficult because there are no outside lights. We would return.

Perfect cottage and location

My family enjoyed the cottage! They spent the mornings on fromt deck with coffee overlooking the lake. Their days were very busy attending events at The Gilmore, but it was very relaxing for them when they arrived back to the cottage. Sleeping was very comfortable. The kitchen stocked with everything they needed if they were cooking. They appreciated the convenient location to great restaurants and cafes. The cottage was a peaceful respite to a fun weekend!

Weekend stay

Property is as described and met our needs for our short stay. The kitchen was well stocked with small appliances and pots and pans. We really enjoyed the use of the lake access and the canoes. The Lake was beautiful. We wish we would have had more time to fish. I think the towels and bedding could be updated.

Nice cottage

Very nice cabin with a great view. Was a rainy weekend for us but still enough time for kids to enjoy swimming and fishing and there's enough to do around we didn't get bored.

Family stay at the Lake 21

Great options for being on the water. The kayaks were our favorites. Overall the our stay was fun. Definitely more a “boating” or fishing location versus swimming. I think they made that clear in the description. Getting from the steps to the dock was difficult. The step on the dock was not secured. We had to be very cautious when stepping on to the step on the dock especially when carrying fishing gear.

Had a wonderful stay! Cottage had everything we could have wanted. Fishing was good, and enjoyed the nice yard, deck, and campfires!!. Close to town to get food and supplies. Would definitely recommend!

Nice lake location

Reasonable priced lake property with accessibility to lake with boats, kayaks and floating devices. Only thing I think would be nice is a window ac as it did get a bit warm.

Nice place but needs a little work to be a good ABNB

The place was nice, needed a couple of things. (blender, batteries for smoke alarms, more towels, more hot water, bigger TV, alarm clock). The access to the lake and lake view back porch was nice. Needed outside lights (Back and front), wash and dryer would have been nice to have. The small things makes a big difference.

Charming location

It was a nice stay- the view from the cottage is nice and location was great because I have family in Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids and Battle Creek- I flew in and they did provide linens but for 5 days we had 1 towel each and 1 wash cloth- no washer and drier on site- coffee pot probably needs a replace. That said the place was warm and welcoming- think grandmas cottage.

Favorite vrbo rental so far

We LOVED the peaceful setting, the fireplace, and the cabin layout. We like checking out new places for each trip - but think we may come back here. Although we did love our stay - there was one small disappointment. In the listing, there was a spa whirlpool. There was not one of any kind. Not enough to not come back, but hoping the website gets updated.

Nice cottage on Lake 21

This is a nice cottage on Lake 21. I stayed there with my wife and 4 kids for a week. There were a couple of plumbing problems, but the host resolved them quickly.

Great Getaway!

This property was awesome! My family and I had a great experience. Everything was as expected. Great location, large lot, and accessories for fun on the lake! We had a great time taking out the row boat and canoe. As stated, the fishing was amazing! We caught so many fish, not many keepers, but it wasn’t our intent to keep anyways. In regard to the house, it had everything we needed. Just needed to bring our own bed sheets and towels. I was a little worried about not having AC (was in the mid-80’s, but there were big trees shading the lot/house for a good part of the day, and there was a great breeze coming off the lake, so it was pleasant. We kept the windows open in the evening, and closed during the day, which kept it cool enough. We were already talking about potentially coming back next summer!

Perfect place to unplug!

I was hoping to find a place to celebrate my mother’s 79th birthday. The place I had hoped for would be on a lake, with a fire pit, beautiful sunsets, kayaking & boating capabilities, a comfortable home as well as a quiet surrounding. This place had all of these and more! My 14 year old twin boys are typically glued to their computers, so it was nice to be on the water and spending some quality time with their grandparents! My father doesn’t like to leave his home much but admittedly had a fantastic time! If you’re looking for a place to unplug, relax and spend some quality time with your family, this is the perfect place!!

Classic cabin by the lake experience

A great little place that's on the more reasonable end pricewise in a high demand area. It's less the newtimey fancy type of cabin and more simple and down to earth pleasures, which is personally what we like. We took the rowboat out on the the lake and it was really peaceful. Thank you!
