Each floor includes its own fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and private entrance. This layout makes it easy for multigenerational families, two-family groups, or friends traveling together to enjoy shared time and personal space. ***Just outside, a stretch of private shoreline appears during low tide—perfect for beachcombing, sunrise walks, or sipping coffee as the breeze rolls in off the bay. This home on the Chesapeake Bay is that dream come true. It gives us the chance to step away from the daily hustle and immerse ourselves in the natural beauty and calm of the coast.
