Everything about this property is simply beautiful. There is not one item that you could possibly need that the house doesn’t have. Jocelyn is the best host and the kindest person you will ever meet. My family had an amazing time. I highly recommend this place.

10/10 recommend this house! This house was truly lovely! A very well maintained and clean house just steps from the beach in a quiet and relaxing location. The host was very communicative and accommodating. We came down for a championship swim meet and would definitely stay here again. This house really has everything you need and a very nice outdoor space as well. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a very clean, relaxing, and enjoyable vacation!

The Hideaway is the perfect spot for a family get away. The property is clean, well maintained, fully stocked, and the amenities are top-notch. The backyard is a dream (so relaxing) and the secluded beach is a couple of feet away. Joycelyn is very responsive and easy to work with. My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves and reconnected. I highly recommend.

One of the top rental homes we have stayed in! Our family of 6 enjoyed staying at this tucked away beach home! Jocelyn's home was nicely decorated, super clean, had comfortable mattresses, and had lots of seating for large families to eat and play games inside and outside. Also, her home was completely stocked with just about anything you would need. And unlike many other rentals, everything was in great condition including the pots and pans! Can't say enough good things about this place! We would definitely come back!

Our family enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable cottage! The host was available to answer questions and the home was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Despite the rainy weather there was plenty of things for the kids to do. The back yard was beautifully landscaped with plenty of places to relax and enjoy nature! We will definitely return!

The house is wonderful. The hosts are fabulous. We had a small family and friends gathering for my son's graduation from college while we were there that was perfect largely due to the many indoor and outdoor activities provided by the hosts at the Hideaway. The hosts couldn't be nicer or more helpful and communicative beginning even before we rented the house and throughout our stay even letting us know about a newly scheduled opportunity in the area that they thought we might find interesting. We highly recommend the Hideaway.

The property was very clean and well-stocked. Beds were comfortable and pictures matched reality. Jocelyn was so kind to leave us ingredients for smores and Easter eggs for my kids to have a hunt in the backyard. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and hope to make it back again some time!

Jocelyn was an amazing host. She went above and beyond. I've never experienced such hospitality before. Her home and property is also beautiful and well maintained. We felt very at home.We used the house for a 30 person, Micro Wedding. Jocelyn was accommodating for where we wanted to put her arbor arch, she made sure we had an extra trash pick up the day of the event, she also arranged a late checkout so we could relax and enjoy the property after packing up our tables and decorations.We can't imagine a better place and look forward to returning for our next vacation.

Hideaway at Hayes Beach was amazing It was a wonderful place to spend Christmas with our family. We were lucky enough to get snow! My husband and I enjoy walking so it was a prefect place to for it. Would definitely recommend this place

Great location!

Really enjoyed our time here. The outdoor space in the back was great with the swing and the fire pits. Our kids loved walking to the beach everyday and catching crabs.

Beautiful home in a stunning location! The house is comfortable and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing retreat. The backyard and beach are really incredible - Hays Beach is my new favorite stretch along the Chesapeake Bay. We plan to return for another family vacation!

This property could not have been cuter and Jocelyn has thought of everything you could possibly need. The kids play shed kept them busy for hours and the backyard was an oasis!

Wonderful and friendly host, beautiful, impeccably-maintained, and well stocked home. Get your fishing license, read up on crabbing laws, and have fun! We found sea glass, decent-sized male crabs, and caught a flounder.

Our Texas family loved our stay at Hays Beach hideaway! The house was perfect and had everything we could possibly need. Just a short walk (60 seconds) to the beach and we were crabbing and enjoying the most beautiful sunrises I’ve ever seen! Owner was very responsive and offered information about the area. Family enjoyed the bicycles, yard games, beach supplies, crab equipment, kayaks, and very comfortable beds. Home was very nicely decorated inside and out and clean and comfortable. A most enjoyable stay we will be back!

We had a fantastic stay at the Hideaway in Hays Beach. We were coming up to see our 93yr old Grandmother who lives about 45 minutes away. Our families rented two homes in the area and were able to enjoy our time with three generations that aren’t able to see each other often. The home was exactly as shown, perfectly decorated and incredibly well stocked! We’d absolutely come back!

We had a great vacation at Hideaway! The house is so cozy and beautifully decorated. It was clean and fully stocked with supplies. There are so many amenities that we didn’t have time to use them all! (Kayaks, paddle board, game shed, crabbing, fire pits, pizza oven…) The owners have thought of everything you’d need or want, plus more! We loved the quiet beach and how close it is to the house. We can’t wait to return again!
