LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

The location was perfect for what we were looking for. Not too crowded, 20 steps from the sandy beach, big pool, amenities close by. We loved our stay. It was just perfect accommodations for us. Look forward to booking our next stay here.

Location, Location, Location!

Terrific place to stay. We had a lovely time and enjoyed J.D's , the local bakery. P.J's fish combination platters were reasonable and delicious. If you have small children you can check out the mini water park at the Holiday Inn,

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was brand new, and in great condition. New bed linens and towels were much appreciated. The owner was very responsive, and the staff on site were friendly and helpful.There's easy access to the beach, the pool was a very pleasing temperature, and the chairs at the pool were plentiful. In addition, the owner provided two very nice beach chairs. Thank you!

We found everything as was stated. We had no issues except for the bathtub had a drain issue and I reported that as we checked out. The condo had been completely renovated. Loved the location and the actual size of the condo.

The property is on the beach and also has a pool that faces the beach. Beautiful views, close proximity to shops and restaurants. Friendly front desk staff.

Super location, great condo

Highly recommend 50 Gulfside, beautiful condo equipped with everything you need, BBQ right outside the door. Wonderful ground floor unit, gorgeous views & walk out to beach & pool. Close to many good restaurants.Can't say enough about how great the owners were, making sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. You won't be disappointed in this property.Looking forward to a return visit! Jackie & Jay

Perfect girls get away

Property was in a perfect location. Condo was clean and communication was great with property management and Bill. You will need to bring own beach towels as not provided but everything else is stocked for your enjoyment. My only complaint would be that bed linens and pillows need an upgrade. Other than that it was one of the best vacations ever!!!!

Beyond Excellent

Couldn't have found a better condo for 4 seniors. Condo was well equipped for a relaxing weeks vacation. Beautiful views and nice walks on the Beach.To me Ground Floor is the best. Unfortunately they are giving the place a Facelift so we didn't have access to outer Deck and Pool.The Construction workers couldn't have been more professional and would make sure the patio to the Condo was clean.Will certainly return to this location as when the work is done it will be even better.

Beautiful view

We absolutely loved the view and the unit was very clean. It could use some updating, but that isn’t an issue due to the other assets of the unit. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We only wished the bedroom doors and bathroom doors would lock. Having a 7 year old that doesn’t pay attention sometimes that it is occupied, was a little inconvenient. We had a wonderful time!!!! Amazing view!!!!

Family vacation at this rental

My family and I stayed at this condo. The location was perfect. Great view and easy access to the pool for children. Kitchen was amazing. When we first arrived I believed the bedding wasn't clean so we contacted the owner and she did inform me it was but had the bedding changed immediately. The only complaint I have was that the bedrooms and bathrooms need a remodel. It wasn't terrible but out dated. Some of the bath room vents were very dusty and dirty as well as some walls and trim. Overall it was great and we would def come back again to this same condo.

Brian I am sorry that your stay wasn't perfect. We rely on our guests to let us know at rhe time if something needs to be adjusted or corrected. After you notified me about the sheets I had housekeeping come to the unit to change the sheets. I asked you to call me and let me know if everything was ok. I also sent you an email for you to respond after housekeeping had left. I never heard back from you, so I assumed everything was ok. The dusty vent you referred to was for the previous air conditioner that was replaced a few months ago. The a/c no longer vents from there so it was probably forgotten about. We do plan a remodel in the fall of this year to replace all doors, closet doors and the obsolete vent you mentioned will be removed. The hall will have beautiful molding as well We are always booked so it is difficult in the busy season to do major remodeling. Last year's $40,000 makeover took six weeks to complete. I hope that you will stay at our unit again, but please as I mentioned in the email to you, let me know at that time if something is not perfect, so we can correct it immediately. What makes our condo so special is that we have a full time maintenance staff, an office on premises where you can pick up keys and discuss a problem, if one arises, and backup from the owner as well. Thank you again, I look forward to seeing you in the future.

Indian Rocks Beach - 50 Gulf Side

Overall the condo was fine. The property could have been cleaner when we arrived. I am pretty sure all they did was change the linen, take out the trash, and mop the floors. I was also confused when I got there to get my keys cause the sign on the office said that they were showing a condo and would be back it was around 4ish the hours posted said the office closed at 5. I sat and waited for a bit until a lady passed by and said she left - she was able to help me get my key from the lock box. I did have directions but she was nice enough to help. Had no other issues with the condo itself. It was large enough - the kitchen was well stocked - lots of beach toys and chairs to use. The pool was nice and the patio area was also nice too. We enjoyed our stay at Indian Rocks Beach and will be back! Thanks!

Great location!

Very good value, super clean, excellent communication and check-in. Living room furniture is a little shabby, but beds were really comfortable and location RIGHT ON THE BEACH is a must-see. Lovely caretaking and cleanliness, laundry was great to have. Can’t beat the beach location - Indian Rocks Beach is quiet but only 10 minutes from bustling Clearwater.

This condo has a great location with the ocean right out side the patio door. Coming from a cold state with no ocean, we loved it. This was a great location with lots of restaurants near by! The only draw back was the furnishings but we didn't come for the furnishings.

BEST VACATION SPOT IN INDIAN ROCKS BEACH!

Property was as advertised or better! We love being steps from the Gulf and watching the beautiful sunsets. Highly recommend, we will definitely return soon! Our condo was spacious and clean. Location was walking distance to entertainment and restaurants. Thank you!

Right on the Beach

This condo is in the perfect location for you to enjoy the beach, pool, ocean and sunset. I have bad knees and being on the ground level was wonderful. The pool area was cleaned every day that we were there. The condo has everything you need. Needs a little updating on the furniture but that didn't stop us from totally enjoying the views and convenient location. The owner was great to communicate with and couldn't have been nicer. We had some minor issues that he immediately took care of. We definately want to come back.

Great spot

The condo is well appointed (wife loved the king sized bed, I loved the kitchen 😁), the property itself is well maintained and the office staff was friendly and very helpful. Very relaxing atmosphere and hospitable neighbors. Bill was quick to respond to any questions/requests and the sunsets cannot be beat!
