My apartment is part of a residential building where you can enjoy a safe and convenient location. Please keep in mind that the building management handles the upkeep of hallways, elevators, and exterior areas. While Iâll always assist with matters inside the unit, external issues are managed by the building staff.
To ensure a comfortable stay, please keep windows, patio doors, and the front door closed, as there is currently a seasonal swarm of midges in the area.
Not the Hostâs Responsibility
Noise from outside or other apartments: The building is in an urban setting and units are next to each other but remain private. Noise from neighbors or the street is beyond the hostâs control.
Window coverings or fixtures provided by the building: These are managed by building management. The host cannot be held responsible for their absence or quality.
Building-wide issues (elevators, hallways, exterior conditions, common areas, etc.): These are under building managementâs responsibility, not the hostâs.
Seasonal or environmental factors (such as midges or insects in Cleveland): These are natural occurrences in the area and are not due to lack of cleanliness in the unit.
Parking Information:
Privilege parking is available for guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that limited slots are available, so we recommend arriving early to secure a spot. This option provides convenient access, allowing you to park close to the property.
While availability isnât guaranteed, if parking is full, guests may explore nearby parking alternatives or use paid parking nearby for a small fee.
As per building management policy, only one vehicle is allowed to be parked and registered per reservation. Additional vehicles cannot be accommodated in the parking garage or outside the garage. However, paid parking options are available nearby for any extra vehicles.
Linens and Couch Reminder: We do not provide extra towels, blankets, and sheets for the couch. If you plan to use it, feel free to bring your own. Linens are provided for the queen bed, but for the couch, please bring your own blankets and sheets to ensure a comfortable stay.

To comply with legal and security regulations, guests need to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm contact details, pass through our verification portal, and possibly complete a criminal background check. This information is used solely for screening and verification and is not stored for any other purposes. Guests must sign a rental usage agreement, agreeing to the rental terms, providing a valid ID before check-in, and possibly undergoing a background check if required. Check-in instructions will be provided after successful verification.
Guests must complete verification within 24 hours of booking, or within 1 hour for same-day bookings. Failure to meet verification criteria may result in cancellation.
Pets are allowed based on size and must be disclosed upfront to avoid cancellation. Additional pet cleaning fees are as follows:
1-4 Nights: $25 per pet, per day
5-29 Nights: $200 per pet
30+ Nights: $300 per pet
Only cats and dogs are allowed, with a maximum of two pets. If undeclared pets are discovered, fees will double.
To ensure seamless access to the parking garage and premises, take care of key fobs, as replacements cost $500 each.
Guests must register their vehicle via the Metropolis app to use the parking garage, which operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Our company is not liable for unavailable parking slots. As an alternative, guests can use the Paid parking just north of the building for a small fee.
To maintain cleanliness, please avoid leaving trash in front of your unit door, as non-compliance may result in a $250 charge. Use designated bins and trash chutes near the elevator on each floor.
Our standard check-in time is 4 PM. However, we are checking with our cleaning supervisor to see if an early check-in at 2 PM can be accommodated for a $35 fee. Please note that any request for early check-in or late check-out is subject to approval and cannot be guaranteed. If you set a different check-in or check-out time on Airbnb, it will not be honored, as our standard check-in time remains 4 PM and our check-out time is 10 AM.
Reminder: Food seasonings and herbs are not provided in the accommodation. Please feel free to bring any specific seasonings or herbs you may want to use during your stay!
Please review the house rules:
1. ID Verification: A photo ID is required before booking.
2. No Parties: Cameras are located at the entrance, and a noise detector is inside. Unauthorized gatherings will result in police involvement, immediate eviction, and no refunds. Unauthorized guests incur a $100 charge each.
3. No Drugs or Smoking: Strictly no drugs or smoking allowed inside the unit or within the building . Violations will result in immediate eviction, no refund, and a $1000 cleaning fee for smoking or public intoxication.
4. No Mail: Due to security concerns, no mail can be delivered to the property as there is no mailbox access.
5. Starter Supplies: Starter packs of paper towels and toilet paper are provided. For additional supplies, please visit a local grocery store.
6. No Extra Linens: Extra towels, blankets, or sheets for the sofa bed are not provided. Feel free to bring your own if needed.
7. Check-in Time: Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in at 2:00 PM may be available for a $35 fee, subject to approval.
8. Check-in/Check-out Times: Any alternate times set on Airbnb will not be honored. Standard check-in is 4:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM.
9. Key Fob and Access: Only one key fob and one key cafe token are provided per unit for building, elevator, and parking garage access. If traveling with a friend, family, guest, or in a group, please coordinate the use of the fob, as only one is provided by building management. If the fob or token is lost, it will result in no access, and a replacement fee will apply. A self-generated keypad access code for the unit will be provided on the boarding pass, so please complete it before check-in for a smooth arrival.
10. Parking Policy: Strictly one (1) registered vehicle is permitted per reservation, in accordance with building management regulations. No additional vehicles are allowed in the parking garage or outside the premises. Guests are responsible for arranging alternative paid parking nearby for any extra vehicles.
