It was a great location, though different. The bedroom was at one time a garage, the garage door is still present which is indicative of that. It's what made the layout different. Stepping down into the bedroom. The WiFi was slow. It didn't work at all initially. Then the signal was poor on every tried device (2 phones, 2iPads and one notebook computer). The cable TV was very basic, though we didn't miss it. The Living room is very small. We were outside most of the time so it wasn't an issue. The location is excellent just a block and a half from the boardwalk. The price was good. We would stay here again.

Great location, free parking, cute potential.The bedroom was under undisclosed construction so there was drywall dust on everything. It could be super cute if someone put even a little bit of effort into putting stuff where it belongs, like the headboard and the lamps. It was easy to check in and out, and it was walking distance from the beach and boardwalk which was awesome. So overall not a bad experience just a bit disappointed with the lack of effort to make it nice.

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the studio, I went to make the bed which had a stained mattress cover on it and torn pillow covers _and found thick cobwebs covering the surface of the wall under the windows/ I took a photo of the dust cobwebs and spiders. Bit a pleasant way to start our stay. ( see photos) The wall behind the bed looked dirty as well and the headboard for some reason was balanced behind the sofa not attached to the wall, the wall where it had been looked like it needed to be wiped down with “magic erasers”.We didn’t find a coffee maker at all - usually rental place have one?I know that Rehoboth and Bethany rentals are at a premium in summer high season, but for the amount we were charged (over 900 including all of the fees!) this place was absolutely not worth it. I actually reread the rental paperwork which said it is professionally cleaned between renters- if that is so they need to do a much better job. We have been renting houses and cottages since the early 90s every summer and this place ranked at the bottom of the list as far as space, cleanliness, basic facilities ( bath mat, coffee maker) Very disappointing.
