We LOVED this place! It was perfect for our group of 10 women celebrating a milestone birthday. The photos don’t do it justice the place is even more beautiful in person. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a large group property in Sonoma.

Wonderful place! We really felt like we were in a beautiful Italian Villa. Spectacular! If you’re looking for a restful week in paradise this is the place. Daisy and her Mom greeted us on our arrival and were gracious and informative. Wi-Fi was spotty but getting away from our digital world to reconnect with family was a good thing. We’ll be back!

Possibly was the best VRBO I’ve ever rented. Had a group of 8 enjoying wine country and this by far is the best house we’ve rented in our 5 trips to the area. Plenty of privacy from the group and 5 king beds is amazing. Love love love this house. Or should I say compound.

This Tuscan getaway was amazing. We had 5 couples all with our own king in very private suites on the property. Highly recommend it. Very well equipped with everything we needed.

Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about this property… We loved absolutely every aspect of our visit there. We had four couples. It’s a compound where everyone has their own private space it feels like you’ve fronted your own apartment, but it’s part of just a beautiful estate property. Would absolutely rent there again! Lovely in every way!

Had an absolute blast here! Pictures do not do it justice- amazing Villa that will take you to a feeling of Tuscany! Weather was perfect and the indoor / outdoor aspects of this house suited our group well. Privacy for each group and large gathering spaces helped balance out our trip.

Damian was So nice and helpful. The house itself is amazing! We felt so comfortable at the villa. We felt as if we were staying at a home in the country, not so close to town.

In one word, amazing! Hosts are welcoming and accommodating, the property is immaculately maintained, anything you need is there, and it surpassed my expectations. I would recommend to anyone that would like to feel like they’re in a little piece of Italy, but in California.

The photos don’t do Villa Viviana justice…the home and grounds are stunning! One particular spot that we enjoyed was the grape arbor where we ate, read, talked, played games and just plain relaxed. Daisy was most gracious both before and during our stay. She was readily available and most helpful. There are 6 en suites which were perfect for our family. Our dogs had a ball too. Tempted as they may have been to jump into the pool, they were content to be near us and we’d splash them to cool them off. For several decades we’ve been renting homes mostly around California and this Villa is the very best. You truly feel as if you were in an Italian villa - the kitchen is filled with pottery (each dinner and side plate is a different design from Italy), the walkways are gravel, there are climbing vines throughout and a multitude of pottery and plantings fill the grounds. Lastly, the architecture is gorgeous, strong yet simple with imported European style windows and doors throughout and lovely details everywhere. It’s the perfect getaway …

I can’t say enough about this amazing property. It is beautiful, spacious, centrally located, and a perfect location for a large group. Each member of the property management family was warm, informative, and sincere. They regularly checked up on us to see if we needed anything and they were responsive to our requests. Prior to arriving, I asked for shopping suggestions in the area, and we received wonderful options. Our girls loved shopping for vintage clothes in downtown Sonoma.We loved every moment of our time there and hope to come back soon!! I'd encourage anyone who is interested in a luxurious getaway to book this Villa!

Wow wow wow! What a property! We took a girls trip to Sonoma & could not have found a better house to stay. Everyone had a bedroom/bathroom to themselves. We hired a private chef for dinner one evening - and the kitchen was the perfect setup. The pool/hot tub was unused this trip, but looked amazing and loved having the option to heat it. We did have to contact the host for non-emergent items while on property - Daisy, Damian & family were quick to respond/provide solutions. Not to forget, Daisy’s attention to detail/communication prior to arrival answer questions, providing recommendations, etc. There is even a cute coffee shop within walking distance for coffee/delicious pastries/sandwiches for the morning or lunch. Without question we will be staying here again!
