Great Stay

Wonderful updated property close to the beach. Nice and clean property with plentiful of towels available. Would recommend.

Family Beach Trip

Our family took our first beach trip together in over 5 years, we sought out the perfect beach house and this home didn’t disappoint! Home had a great layout for everyone to have their own space, along with the open floor plan downstairs for everyone to be able to hang out together. Short walking distance to the beach made it very convenient. Very relaxing and peaceful area! Highly recommend

My husband and I brought our five grandchildren and their parents for the first week of August and this was the perfect area! The home is beautiful and very accommodating for each little family. My son and daughter in law have three girls and my daughter and son-in-law have a boy and girl and every room was used very comfortably! My husband and I had our own master suit with the bathroom and we loved the layout. I think he was actually making mental notes when we go to redo our room at home. The walk to the beach was great!! It was not bad at all. Such a quiet area. Our grandkids loved the pool. We all were able to sit out and relax or get in the pool with them and play around. When we got there the lower level wasn’t as cool as the middle and top level, so I reached out to maintenance and they came out immediately and got things working and we didn’t have anymore issues our entire stay. We will definitely look to purchase this for a week again once we decide when we are able to take another family trip.Thank you so much for opening your home for others to experience the Florida life for a week.

Had to pay for it ourselvesSaid there were showers at the beach. There weren’t Said there was an outside shower at the house There wasn’t. Only a bucket to dip your feet in and a hoseBlender base but no blender bottle.No place to unpack clothes in master brIt might sleep 12 but you certainly can’t feed 12 with the cookware provided and only room for 6 at the table. At most 7 and 3 barstools at the island bar.The host was easy to communicate with once I figured out the systemThe washer and dryer worked greatThere is no beach view and you can see some of the water from the third balconyVery short, walk to the beachSeating in the main living area for about six people. And the reclining furniture is in pretty rough shape.

Hi Debra, I apologize if maintenance drug in sand and debris. We certainly would've come to clean it up for you had you let us know there was an issue. In fact, we would've resolved any issues you had, had you let us know. These are vacation rentals that are at the mercy of the scheduling of other companies and their availability. The lawn & pool persons work outside and can come and go at their leisure, as their work is often weather dependent. They don't tell us when they are coming, and that is perfectly ok. You don't need to be present for them to get their job done. Maintenance on the 2nd floor AC needed to be completed to hold a desirable temperature for you, and the company that services our units was kind enough to get us in on a last-minute work in so your crew didn't have to wait. We never advertised that we provide gas or charcoal for grills, so I am uncertain why that was expected or factored into the rating. We also don't advertise that it is beach front or beach view, except from the 3rd floor balcony. The living room furniture is nearly brand new. It is literally less than a year old. Again, if there was an issue with blender, appliances, dishware or anything else, we gladly would've delivered what you needed, because that is how we operate. It is worth noting that the owner of this home were just here less than a month ago. Therefore, if the home was lacking in any listed amenities, they would have let us know to replenish or they would have themselves.
