Vår strandfastighet består av en huvudsaklig duplexstuga plus ett pensionat. Den här listan är endast för uthyrning av en sida av duplexen. Varje enhet har 2 sovrum, 1 badrum, vardagsrum och kök. Det rymmer upp till 6 gäster. Koppla av och varva ner bara några steg från de vackraste stränderna i världen. Vår stuga ligger i Laguna Beach, på den lugna västra änden av Panama City Beach. Det ligger mittemot stranden i ett gammalt bostadsområde som ger dig en uppfattning om hur stranden var innan de stora höghus.

Bekvämligheterna inkluderar en plattskärms-TV med satellit i vardagsrummet, Wi-Fi, fullt utrustat kök med enkla diskar och köksredskap, delat tvättstuga med en tvättmaskin i full storlek och torktumlare, kolgrill och en utomhusdusch för att skölja bort efter den roliga dagen på stranden.

Vår stuga är bekvämt beläget cirka 4 mil väster om Pier Park utomhus shoppingkomplex. Thomas donuts och den lokala livsmedelsbutiken Carousel är en enkel 2-minuters bilresa. Wal-Mart, Winn-Dixie och Publix livsmedelsbutiker ligger också i närheten. Restauranger som passar alla smaker finns i närheten.

Panama City Beach har många roliga attraktioner som Shipwreck Island vattenpark, Gulf World, Wonder Works, Ripley's, snorkling, parasailing, go-carts, putt-putt golf och mycket mer för din familj att njuta av. Det finns också två statsparker inom några minuters bilresa.

Frank Brown Baseball / Softball Complex ligger bara 4 mil bort och Laguna Beach Christian Retreat ligger mindre än 1 km från hotellet.

Fall break trip

This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back. The proximity to the beach is our favorite part. It was clean when we got there and we can't wait to book it again.

Perfect for a small family

We are a family of four and the rental was perfect for us! The parking is right in front of the home. Beach access is LITERALLY across the street. I timed it at one time and it takes 2 minutes from the door to the sand. The outdoor shower is great! We were very happy with the rental and plan to stay again

Laguna beach

Fantastic place to stay for people with less mobility. The beach was just across the street and everything in the home is on one level. The second bedroom is a bit small but otherwise great place to stay. Not enough room for a table but has counter and barstools. It worked ok. Being so close to the beach was best part!!

Quiet residential area

Right across from beach access. Just right for our needs to have quiet comfortable place to sleep after relaxing all day on the beach. Comfortable beds! Close to Pier Park for restaurants etc but away from hustle and bustle. We have stayed here before and will again.

Very nice vacation location.

Great location, clean, convenient grocery stores, traffic was not bad at all. Just do not go to the grocery store on Saturday !!! Bring your own beach chairs or you can call a beach service.

Perfect Beach Cottage

Short Getaway, Great Stay

John was very pleasant to work with and the communication was excellent. The house is exactly as described and the bed was comfortable. It is a very easy and quick walk to the beach. Even though the house is right on Front Beach Road it was very quiet. We would stay here again.

Quintessential Beach House

This was the quintessential beach house. Not too fancy, but perfectly adequate for a weeks stay at the beach. The wash facility was great to have, and had supplies provided. The walk to the beach was so convenient. We had easy access to the activities we participated in. For a small group this was a great place to stay. It does only have one bathroom, so make sure your group is okay with sharing a bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

More than adequate for our needs. Location was amazing - away from the craziness of the condos and pier areas. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves and it was so close, we went twice a day.

Highly recommend it! Perfect location!

My family was looking for a place close to the beach that's not very crowded and we found this gem. House is nice, not outdated, there is a bbq, pots, pans if you want to cook, we even found a crackpot and some games if you want to play. I only wish there was more larger mugs for coffee, other than that it was perfect. Entrance to the beach is right in front of the house. Every morning I would make a cup of coffee, go to the beach in my pajamas lol and enjoy the view and breeze. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment is in close proximity but not close enough where you have crowds walking in frond of your windows. The rental was also priced very well. Originally we thought of staying in a condo or a hotel but after the first day of our stay at this house we were so glad we chose it.

Best Gulf Coast Location

This is a great property in the Laguna Beach/Sunnyside area. I personally love this area as it is much more secluded while still close to PCB and 30A. The property was exactly as listed, very clean, and the perfect size for a family of 2-4. What is even better is you are right across from the public beach access, less than 60 yards from the beach. John was a great host and communicated well throughout the entire process, including during the stay when we had an issue. 5 stars and highly recommend for this area.

The house was Great

The property was great right across from a beach entrance! Outside shower worked well. Thankfully there was internet and Dish because the weather was terrible (waterspout/ tornado) rained most of our stay. So the house was great we did not lose power at all. It was cute, light and clean. We hope to stay again!

Perfect little house

This is our second time staying and we think it’s perfect for us. You can’t beat the location if you like less people and less traffic. We love the beach access and private parking. Definitely beats a high rise condo!

As children we vacationed here with our families and have always wanted to own a vacation home in Panama City. We were hooked on this property the first time we saw it. We loved the classic look and feel of the home and the fact that it is directly across the street from a public beach access walkway made this the perfect choice for us.

Did I say this property is directly across from the beach? Our cottage is located in an old residential beach area so you don't have the crowds that come with the large condos, however we are a 5 minute drive from Pier Park, the hottest new area in PC with shopping, restaurants, a movie theater, amusement rides, live entertainment, and of course the huge County pier for those who like to fish.
