Welcome to New Orleans! We’re excited to host you in our newly available 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment located in the heart of the city’s vibrant and historic 7th Ward.
As proud new homeowners, we live in one side of this classic New Orleans duplex and have thoughtfully prepared the other side—your private rental—for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay.
Whether you're visiting for Jazz Fest, a weekend getaway, or an extended vacation, our space is an ideal home base for exploring the best of the Big Easy.
PRIME CENTRAL LOCATION
Enjoy a neighborhood that offers both charm and proximity to major New Orleans attractions:
*Fairgrounds Race Course (home of the Jazz & Heritage Festival): just 8 blocks away (20-minute walk or 4-minute drive)
*City Park and the New Orleans Museum of Art (NOMA): a quick 5-minute drive
*French Quarter, Bourbon Street, and Frenchmen Street: less than 10 minutes by car
You’ll be close to it all, yet tucked away in a local area with authentic NOLA flavor.
