Upstairs, the four spacious bedrooms are professionally designed with beautiful furnishings for relaxation and sleep, including ceilings fans. Wake up to a picturesque view of the 6th fairway in bedroom 1 with a king size bed, wall tv, desk, and its own large bathroom and walk in closet. Bedroom 2 looks over the house's entrance with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and large walk in closet, and work desk. Guest rooms 3 and 4, each have king-size beds, walk in closets, and a wall tv, sharing a large jack and jill bathroom. All bathrooms are fully equipped with large walk-in showers.
Families will love the spacious family room over the garage(FROG Room) with its abundant window light and serene blue and white tones. It includes a king bed and a trundle bed with two comfortable twins and storage. Furnished with all the amenities of a secluded studio with a full kitchenette, including refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and kitchen table. The full bathroom and closet are a perfect option for a couple or a family with kids.
The cheerful laundry room has large capacity washer and dryer, sink and storage. An elevator is also available for added accessibility. The garage is available to house two large vehicles and the parking pad has space for two more cars.
Beyond the home, you'll find yourself walking distance to the pristine beaches of Seabrook Island and the Seabrook Island Golf Club. Bohicket Marina, Freshfields Village, and Kiawah Island are just a few minutes away by car, while the historic charm of downtown Charleston is just 21 scenic miles away.

IMPORTANT FEATURES:
AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are NOT INCLUDED with this rental. They can be purchased directly from Amenity Office. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are swimming, fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Beginning January 1, 2025, pre-order forms will be mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is now unable to accept information over the phone.
ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As a private, gated island community, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Gate check-in may require a valid photo ID. New this year, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. The charge is $45 per vehicle. The first vehicle pass is included in the grand total of your reservation. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night â 179 nights. Maximum of 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited. Each pass requires one licensed driver's name. Guest may be asked to show license at the gate. Once the vehicle pass is issued, any licensed driver can drive.
LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this stay, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable bed linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. No need to rush to the store at the start of your stay, as a 'starter set' of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are provided. Guests should plan to bring their own beach towels (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)
CLEANING: Our guests safety and comfort is paramount. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With a reputation for attention to detail and adherence to the best cleaning practices, our guests should be safe from the spread of germs.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation notice of 60 days minimum is required prior to the scheduled arrival date. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all deposited monies are forfeited.
POLICY ON SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the house. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
POLICY ON PETS: No pets are allowed in the house. This rental policy is in vigorously enforced to protect other renters with serious pet allergies.
PARTIES AND PARTYING: No events or parties. There are morning and evening noise ordinances for the quiet enjoyment of all the homes. This is an ideal property for making memories but this is not a party property. Renters will pay for all damages and fines sustained by the property during the rental visit.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES/RULES: A minimum age of 25 is required for guests making a reservation.
STORM AND WEATHER CANCELLATION: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and/or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
