Eco Family Oasis in Tokyo Easy Access to Shinjuku
The location is in a relaxing residential area 25 mins train ride to city center. Under the Japanese Residential Accommodation Act, me, your host lives on-site as the manager. Besides me, no one else shares the propertyâitâs exclusively for you and your party. Please feel free to message me with any questions; I offer a complimentary guided tour in Tokyo metro, babysitting options, and bicycle rentals to help you enjoy a smooth, local-style Tokyo experience.
The space
Welcome to your eco-conscious, family-ready Tokyo home â perfect for up to 6 guests (2â3 adults + 2â3 children). This spacious private unit features:
A sun-filled, south-facing room on the first floor
Wide entrance and wooden deck (great for coffee or smoking)
Kitchenette equipped with basic amenities such as electric stove, oven, kettle, utensils etc.
Private lock and secure entry for peace of mind
The host (thatâs me!) lives in a separate space in the same building but does not share any common areas with guests.
During your stay You are invited for a day-tour around Tokyo metro area .

Private lock and secure entry for peace of mind
The host (thatâs me!) lives in a separate space in the same building but does not share any common areas with guests.
During your stay
I am open to support you at any time during your stay. I used to be a tour guide.
Other things to note
Itâs a non smoking house. Smoking permitted on the wooden deck outside the house.
I am also into organic and mindful mindset so I am a bit sensitive in this aspect. I also ask my guests to take off your shoes and use house slippers.
Modern Japanese toilets are equipped with sit warmers , bidet and remote control.
During your stay I have baby sitting service provided for a fee. Also airport transfers are available as well as guided tours around Tokyo and surrounding areas. Feel free to inquiry.
