Beautiful 2/4 apartment with 30mÂČ, well decorated, in Costa Azul! 5min from the beach, close to supermarket, pharmacy and shops. Bedroom (1) with double bed, smart TV, split air conditioning, wardrobe. Bedroom (2) with 2 single beds, split air conditioning and wardrobe. Living room with smart TV and sofa. Fully equipped kitchen. 24h doorman, gym, swimming pool, co-working space, 1 rotating parking space (only small vehicles).
- There is a laundry room in the building for an additional charge.
