Spacious house on huge Sonoran Desert landscape lot!
Enjoy nearly a half acre of Sonoran Desert landscape surrounding a bright two-bedroom home with spacious living space! Rabbits, quail and a variety of birds inhabit the yard, while the 1500 square foot house features comfortable furniture, a full kitchen and lovely patio for outdoor dining. Located just off the Treat Avenue Bicycle Boulevard just a few miles from the U of A. Live sustainably by the large citrus tree and an on-site bicycle shop, LoBall Bikes! Bike rentals are available to guests!
Guests love the large, spacious rooms, plenty of windows, doors and skylights, and quirky, fun decor! The house is very efficient and comfortable with central air conditioning and a mini split for the back bedroom and bathroom. There are small steps going up into the entryway, kitchen and down into the living and main bedroom areas. My home business, LoBall Bikes, is located on site in the small outbuildings on the property. If you would like to rent a bike or need any bike work done, please let me know!
Marvel at the large grapefruit tree and the seemingly endless backyard. The property has been landscaped mostly with native Sonoran Desert plants and there are a variety of wildlife creatures that like to frolic here!
The sustainability features include solar electric, passive and active water harvesting, and gray water.
