This location is breathtaking!!! Directly on the quiet Parker River. Go boating, kayaking, bird-watching, or simply relax and watch the boats pass by. You will not find a rental of this caliber in the area. Escape to this spacious 4-bedroom, three-bathroom home with your family and friends.
An artist's dream!! Come sit on the back deck and take in the views. Whether a photographer, painter, or sketch artist, there are so many details to take in.
A boater's paradise!!!! Beaches and sandbars all around!! Take a ride on the river and explore the marshes, or the beaches and sandbars. Explore local towns while docking among their restaurants and shops. The adventure options are endless!!
*Dock space available for max 23â LOA boat. Must let us know prior to arrival that you will be bringing a boat.
Kayaks (2-4) and a kayak launch are available for guest use.
Fishing permitted from the parking lot on the bulkhead (no fishing off the docks)
On cooler days, relax in the living room in front of a cozy fire. No need to go anywhere with the plethora of games and a game room right in the house. On the first floor, you will find a primary suite with a king bed and a private bathroom! Next to it, the spacious kitchen is equipped with new appliances, a coffeemaker, a blender, a toaster oven/airfryer, a lobster pot, and just about anything else you could think of. The dining space can seat 10+ people with spectacular views of the river. The dining/kitchen space also has four barstools.
The first floor features a sitting area with a couch (pull-out queen sofa bed) and an adoring coffee table where you can relax, along with an oversized couch in a cozy living room with a fireplace and television.
On the second floor you will find three spacious bedrooms. The first is a room with a king bed, the second room contains four twin beds, and the third bedroom has a Queen bed with a twin xl trundle bed.
The house has three bathrooms (two downstairs and one upstairs). One includes a tub.
All televisions are smart TVs with streaming ability.
This home also includes an outdoor fire pit, an indoor fireplace, and a gas grill.
Starter essentials provided:
shampoo, body wash, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper (Starter items are intended to get you through the first day of your stay.)

The home is located directly on the Parker River in a quiet area. In the evening, the silence of its surroundings is calming and refreshing. It is a great area to recharge and also have fun on the water, adventuring throughout the day. It is a nature lover's paradise.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
This properties views can not be beat. It is one of the few rentals on the Parker River and one of the only rentals that can provide a boat slip in the area. The River can be seen out of almost every room in the house!!! It can sleep a large family, has a large yard, and ample space to enjoy nature.
