Phoenix X 604: 3 BR / 2 BA lägenhet i Orange Beach, 12 sovplatser

Hi Tim, thank you for your review! We appreciate you making us aware of maintenance concerns in the property so we can get them addressed if they have not already been handled by our team. We hope to make your next stay even better!

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life and for staying at Phoenix X 604. We’re sorry the refrigerator went out and that our team did not resolve it during your stay. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention — we’ll address the issue with our maintenance and staff to prevent it from happening again. We hope to provide a better experience in the future.

Thank you for staying at Phoenix X 604 and for the 4‑star review. Glad the location and view were highlights. I’m sorry you had to bring supplies and do laundry — housekeeping has been notified to verify towel counts and to ensure paper towels, dish and laundry soap, trash bags, and toilet paper are stocked for future arrivals. We appreciate you letting us know and hope to welcome you back.

Thank you for the 4‑star review and for staying with Liquid Life. Glad the location worked well for your group and the kids. Sorry the floors weren’t clean on arrival — that falls short of our standards. I’ll notify housekeeping to deep‑clean the flooring and reinforce our cleaning checklist and pre‑arrival inspections to prevent this in the future. Please message us through Vrbo with your reservation dates so we can follow up. Hope to host you again.

Thank you for your review! We’re glad you enjoyed the location and stay. We’re sorry for the issues with hot water and towels, and we appreciate your feedback. We hope to host you again!

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life. I’m very sorry your stay fell so far short of expectations — the keypad delay, the level of cleanliness (including soiled bedding and items left in the unit), broken stove elements, malfunctioning bifold doors, leaking toilet, inoperable light switch, missing supplies, and the AC vent dripping while you were eating are unacceptable. I also apologize our team’s communication and responsiveness did not resolve these issues for you. I’ve escalated everything to our operations and guest services teams to investigate and address immediately: - Inspect electronic lock/keypad and review access procedures to prevent future check-in delays. - Perform a deep clean and full inspection of the unit; remove any remaining personal items and re-train/discipline the cleaning team as needed. We will also review the $250 cleaning fee in light of the condition reported. - Diagnose and repair the stove elements, bifold doors, leaking toilet, light switch, and HVAC/vent to stop the water dripping. - Restock or replace missing small items (remote batteries, coffee pot parts) and verify all appliances are usable. - Review our maintenance response records and staff communications to understand why repairs were not completed during your stay and take corrective action. - Review your stay for appropriate additional compensation beyond the partial amounts already provided. Please send any photos, timestamps, or additional details through your Vrbo message thread so we can document everything and follow up. I’m very sorry this happened and appreciate the feedback so we can make it right.

Thank you for your feedback! We're pleased to hear that you found the unit comfortable and clean. We hope to welcome you back in the future!
