Vår lägenhet ligger på 16: e våningen och privat 3 stack !!! i ett perfekt läge med utsikt över bukten, antingen från balkongen eller genom fönstren i vardagsrummet golv till tak. Nästan 2000 kvm. Fötter, är lägenheten stor och nyinredda.

Bekvämligheter: Vår enhet har granit i köket och befälhavaren bad, full storlek rostfria vitvaror, anpassade skåp, våt bar med ismaskin, 55 "platt skärm HDTV i vardagsrummet med extra platt-TV i sovrummen. Vi har också en fjärrstyrning lås på dörren så att du och din familj / vänner inte behöver hänga med nycklar under din vistelse !!

Tvättstugan har en full-size tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns två sovrum med king size-sängar, det tredje sovrummet har två queen size-sängar och det finns två sovvagnssängar i vardagsrummet för att sova upp till 12 personer.

Det finns en badringar, vattenrutschbana, utomhuspool med en inhägnad kiddy pool, uppvärmd inomhuspool, två bubbelpooler, gym, fyra bastur och taket tennisbanor.

De närliggande Wharf och Tanger Outlets har världsklass shopping, restauranger och underhållning, bland annat utomhuskonserter med nationellt kända artister.

Parkering: Du måste köpa dina parkeringspass vid ankomst, de är en engångsavgift på $ 35 per fordon. Varje 3br-enhet som du hyr i Phoenix West garanterar att du kan köpa upp till två parkeringspass, receptionen kommer att sälja dig ytterligare pass baserat på beläggningen på komplexet under din vistelse men vänligen vänta inte att kunna köpa ett extra pass under sommarsäsongen.

Great vacation ,

Family vacation

Very clean and well maintained. It was up to date and had wonderful extras like the ice machine. We loved the pools and lazy river. We would absolutely stay here again.

A Great Condo for Family a getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the condo together with another family and out kids. It was very suitable for 9 of us. We had great time. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Also the amenities were great to keep everyone entertained in the building. The unit was very clean and the kitchen has everything we needed. There were enough towels and they were clean. I loved the brain teaser books there. We have noticed the faucet was leaking in the kitchen and emailed to the owner. Within an hour it was fixed. Super fast!The only down side I could say, one if the king bed’s base was really loose and making a lot of noise even when you turn right to left. It should be be changed. Overall it was a wonderful experience. I would go back there again.

Great place and location

We had a great time at this location. There was plenty of room and well maintained. It was convenient to all the local amenities with an incredible view of the Gulf. The only negative was that ine of the pull out couch beds was broken. Not a deal breaker, but disappointing. Would do it again.

To much money for this unit

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental had silver bugs in it. Pictures are very misleading. Needs to be updated bad. Wasted all that money. Staff at check in is very rude. I would not stay here again. Hair all in bathtub. I was very disappointed with the rental and will not be returning to this location, I would rather spend more elsewhere to ensure it's clean and a quality rental.

Nice Stay in Phoenix West 1603

Need new cleaners! Parking Police Rude

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice area. The parking police was not nice at all. We had a van that was over 10' high so we could not park in the parking garage. We went to the front desk 3 x's and did what they told us to do. And the parking police got very very nasty with me. So it was find a place if you could or wait someone left. Also our room was not clean. But remember you pay the clean fee. For what IDK to clean it yourself I guess.
