The Egret är en vacker andra våningen stuga med cirka 700 kvadratfot rum. Nyligen helt ombyggda och renoverade med utsikt över viken från det stora rummet. Köket ståtar granit bänkskivor med alla nya rostfria vitvaror. Den äter i disk säten 4. Även det stora rummet har ett matbord, spelbord, Futon (sover 2), bekväma stol för slappa och 40 "platt-TV. Sovrummet är ljust och luftigt med utsikt över bukten, och inkluderar en dubbelsäng och 32 "platt-TV. Stugan 4 pers. Badrummet har en travertin stå upp dusch. På andra våningen finns en balkong och landning för privata uteservering och på marknivå en semi privat uteplats för grillning och middagar. Privat tvättmaskin / torktumlare finns på marknivå. Alla sängkläder, handdukar, köksmaskiner och redskap samt solstolar och leksaker stranden är tillgängliga för dig. Av gatuparkering för en bil finns också.

Great Stay!

Great location and amenities! The place was cozy and the short walk to the beach was amazing. The bed was a little stiff and was a little warm being on the upper floor of the house but still a great stay overall!

Great beach cottage

This was our 2nd time staying at the Egret cottage and we had a lovely stay. House is just as it’s pictured. Clean and comfortable. The location is great. Close to the beach yet away from the crowds.

Cozy & Quiet

Exactly as pictured. Very cozy & clean. Easy communication with the owner. We enjoyed our stay but really appreciate accuracy, so as not to be disappointed. We knew the cottage was not ON the beach, but we did expect an ocean view as stated. You only see other rooftops and parking lots. And although there is parking for each unit, those in the front of the alleyway cannot get out, so it creates a little tension. We had someone banging on our door late at night because they couldn’t get out. We weren’t even parked there. Maybe some kind of visual sign the guest could put in the windshield would help. We really lucked out by being able to park on the other side of the building completely, since no one was in that unit..

We had a wonderful week in this cute, comfortable, well equipped cottage. Beautiful beach and great places to eat and drink are a quick walk away. Easy to book with an attentive host. We hope to return soon!

A wonderful get away!

We loved that the Egret was within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and loved even more it was so close to the beach. We had our dog with us and the area of the beach that allows dogs is only 2 short blocks down. The cottage was very homey and exactly what we were looking for!

Wonderful place, great location.

The place was great, recently remodeled and very clean. The walk to the beach couldn't be easier and there is a great pizza place across the street. The Shipwreck bar across the other street is the perfect local dive bar. Brittany was great to work with and keeps the place perfect. Can't say enough about this place. We will be back.

Beach Getaway

The property was as listed, close to the beach, restaurants, and nice kitchen. I saw dolphins from the kitchen window one morning. Beach chairs, toys, and a wagon were provided. The street is listed as a stop on the trolley route, but you may need to flag down the trolley as this stop is not marked on the street. We also walked from here North to Caladesi Island one morning. You do have to navigate thru some mangroves to get there and is about 2 1/2 miles one way. Take sunblock! We also took advantage of the public pool a couple blocks away for a few dollars per person. Overall great stay at the beach.

Just as advertised!

This property is just as described and pictured. There were many nice features; proximity to beach; parking; washer dryer, motion light that came on as we walked around back to the stairs. Someone else mentioned the stairs; there are just a few and there is a chair so you can put your groceries down or sit down and take off your sandy shoes. Lovely kitchen, comfy bed and clear instructions on how to use tv, etc. so nice having the beachchairs available and plenty of towels.

Perfect last minute trip!

I was looking for a very last minute trip for my family of 4 plus doggie to Clearwater over the long 4th of July weekend and couldn’t believe this gem was still available. We are fairly local so I booked the day we wanted to leave and the Owner was SO accommodating with all of our requests (we had a lot!). She really went above and beyond. Great communication the entire time. This property is unique and owned and managed by a family which gave it a great vibe. Everyone was so friendly! It was the perfect space for a small family with little kids or would be even better for a couple. The place is nicer than the pictures. The location was perfect - great spot on the beach, but out of the busiest area - and we were able to walk with our kids (5yo, 3yo) everywhere for dinner. We didn't get in our car for 3 days! It’s close to the dog beach so our yorkie got to join us each evening for sunsets on the beach. One thing that was unusually handy in the condo was a lot of hooks for hanging suits etc throughout. I’ve been to a lot of beach rentals and this was a really great and thoughtful perk! The bed was comfortable enough and our kids enjoyed the ikea pull out. It was middle of summer and the a/c had a hard time keeping up, but this was not a problem for us (could be for others). Great kitchen for cooking breakfast, nice shower (great for kids). The w/d was outside the unit which would have been inconvenient on a longer trip. But all around a great time! Thanks!!

Perfect intro to Clearwater Beach

PROS: * Easy self check in & out process via lockbox * Location: 5 minute walk to the beach at end of the street, which as others have pointed out, is at the quieter north-end of Clearwater Beach, but close enough to the pier (5 min drive, 15 min walk on the beach); mini-marts are 5 min away and Publix is 10 min away * Convenient beach chairs, umbrella, inner tube, pails, etc., though some will need to be replaced soon * Outdoor shower came in very handy; had no idea how much I'd love it (note - it's designated for the cottage but neighbors can still see you, so it's not exactly private) * Outdoor grill in the semi-private courtyard, which I would have used if I was staying longer * Kitchen windows open and have nice partial view of the coast (bedroom as well) * Kitchen also VERY well stocked with cookware, dinnerware, utensils, even salt & pepper * Lots of very nice little touches -- bottled water in the fridge -- starter pods for dish washing and laundry -- notebook with restaurant and sight seeing recommendations -- one of the electrical outlets in the kitchen has USB ports -- the well-designed bathroom shower has its own lighting -- Cottonelle moist wipes in the bathroom! -- plenty of rows of hooks to hang as many things as you need -- previous guests, including myself, left plenty of sunscreen CONS: * Stairs -- there are really 2 sets -- one set to enter the cottage (pictured), and another once you're inside (not pictured). I got used to them, but it's just something to consider if you have joint problems. * Parking -- this wasn't an issue for me since I was by myself, but there's only 1 dedicated parking space; so if you've got 2 vehicles, one has to park elsewhere

Very nice property owner

The property manager was very helpful. She answered several of our questions during the process of planning our trip. She was also in touch with us personally several times during our stay to discuss certain issues. Great to work with!

Great location

The Egret cottage is perfect for a romantic couples getaway. Super close to the beach and just a few blocks from some really good restaurants and bars. A little bit of a walk to the main downtown but totally doable. Having a dedicated parking space is a really nice feature. Pics were true to what you get. Bed is a little on the hard side. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great Place!!

We had an amazing week. This place is perfect. On the quieter part of Clearwater Beach, but close enough to walk everywhere. So clean, updated, and everything you need. I feel we were so lucky to stay here and would absolutely love to book this place again.

Excellent beach vacation!!

Super close to beach! We walked all over Clearwater. We had a car that we were able to park in the driveway and we visited neighboring beaches and towns. So much to do!! We will be back. Jennifer was friendly and easy to work with, answered our questions in a timely manner.

As advertised - a nice cottage by the beach

We wanted something close to the water. Egret Cottage was quaint, clean and about 400 paces to the water. Perfect. We brought our own groceries (as advised beforehand), and walked to local restaurants so even the car got a few days off (free parking!). A nice place for a beach vacation.

Excellent little cottage for a weekend getaway.

My wife and I had an awesome time despite the threatening storms. Reached out to Jenn and she was super helpful in accommodating our needs. Even got some dining advise from her father that turned out to be spot on. If I had to ask them for one thing in this cottage it’s better pillows for the bed. Other than that we will be back. You won’t go wrong with this rental.
